I'm built and trained for big boys, but the amount of preparation I make (and the time it takes) changes depending on how big a man is. I don't make any issue of the size of a man's dick, at either end of the bell curve, and would not bring it up except that I like to prepare appropriately so we can both relax and enjoy each other. Dominant bottoms are out there. Submissive tops? Not very common at all. As submissive as I can be, I have a switchy side that shows up too. I think what you are getting at here is what I think of as "agency". Choosing to act in a way to secure a specific outcome.
