    Love this post and the advice is generally sound. Something to be aware of health wise: Hepatitis is on the upswing because of ass-to-mouth and rimming.     I have one. I’ve worn it off and on. being blunt: * There are two flavors: steel and medical grade plastic/latex/rubber. * The steel worked the best for what you are talking about but runs the greatest risk of injury or infection. * The medical grade plastic tubes, usually attached to the tip via a steel adapter, are safer but often have a steel insert on the end of the tube that I simply don’t trust not to come off inside me, requiring a trip to the ER to extricate. For long term wear, I would generally recommend the steel so long as the tube angle is correct and the tube is short. It shouldn’t be able to reach the urethral sphincter or the entrance to the prostate. In the end: I don’t recommend long term use of a urethral tube because of health issues. You have to use medical grade lube, wear sterile gloves when inserting it, and will constantly be fighting to keep it clean enough to not get a UTI. The urethral tube will need to be cleaned the way doctors clean medical equipment in the backwoods: boiling water, preferably distilled water. I know that doesn’t sound fun or sexy, but this is a health discussion. My quals: I was formally trained and served as a nursing assistant whose task was to handle male catheter patients.     Yes. It’s because the thin muscle tissue that creates the valve between the two sections of the lower colon and the rectum are generally meant to be one way. For some, the sphincter flexes and opens because the nerves think it needs to pass poo. No problem. For others, it may be really tight or really loose, so when a dick is pushing up against it, it tears some. When this happens, you need to not have anything up there for 6-12 weeks to let it heal. If it keeps happening, it’s worth having a gastroenterologist take a look or see to make sure you don’t have something else going on like a pocket forming, a potential rupture of the colon inside you which would leak colon fluids into your gut and essentially poison you, or you may have a polyp than needs to be removed growing on the sphincter. Use less water, and then void the colon. Repeat until clear. The more water you use, the more that goes past the 2nd sphincter… everything above the 2nd sphincter is more likely to be very loose matter, and will take hours to drain into the lower colon in order to be voided through the rectum. The challenge with BBC and BWC is that they can sometimes reach and breach the 2nd sphincter. The only way to clean the upper colon is to clean it some it’s entrance to its exit. And that is typically best done from the top with laxatives and Psyllium Husks. Doing that every day will actually cause problems because it messes with your gut biome.
