Two thoughts: 1. Yes, you should wear it, and no, it's not "too much." There's no one perfect solution because different cocks/positions. You're most likely to stimulate process when the top is fucking you in an upward angled direction toward the bladder/gut. Think, typically, fucking facing each other, where his thrusts are up/into you. However, if he's got a curve, it could be reversed for him.
