I'll be blunt and to the point.  I'm in my mid fifties and I have been experiencing more and more age discrimination while chasing potential hookups.  I'm not ugly, so I'm told, I'm a little chubby but I'm fit.  I've been rejected more often than not by the younger crowd and I'm starting to feel its time to "retire" so to speak.

Any of you older fuckers, be you top or bottom, have any suggestions or am I just going to have to act my age and start chasing in my own age bracket?  Hang out at the retirement home maybe?

If I'm relegated to the "Gray Fox" age bracket so be it but I still like breeding the young stuff every once in a while.

I'm a young guy and I still deal with rejection a lot so it's not all about age but I do find that most younger guys tend to stay under 35 when hooking up. Not many are into the Daddy kind of crowd but that just means more for me

I'm a bottom and as I get older I thought it would become more and more difficult for me. More so for a bottom than a top (enough younger guys who love an experienced top Daddy?) I can only speak personally, To me age is totally irrelevant i really could not care less about a guys age. To me what is important is attitude. I'm not impressed by age abs or inches a good attitude counts for a lot more in my book. A guy can be 60 & hot with an open out going attitude as well as a 20 something. What i can't stand is small narrow minded guys who have a shopping list they can never aquire. When they're looking for mr adonis but look like shit themselves really guys who are like this minded i avoid at all cost. "Too old"  can have a lot of different connotations.  Does it refer to looks? Functionality?  Mental/emotional disposition?  I think it can be all or some of those things. Then there is your perspective, and everyone else.  If you are convinced you are too old, it's going to be reflected in your disposition.  I see a lot of guys who give up (or never worked on) their looks.  We have a lot of power over our fitness, hygiene and grooming, no matter how old we get. 

When I was younger, looks mattered to me in a different way. I still notice how a guy looks and attraction is a factor for me in some respects, but a lot less respects than it used to be.  I wouldn't want to marry Santa Claus, but i've sucked him off and been bred by him on more occasions than I can count.  I never would have done that when I was younger, and i missed out because of it.  I think age has it's advantages if it comes with maturity.  I don't breed very often, very sub bottom, but sometimes being sub involves breeding a bottom in need. Maybe 'retire' was a poor choice of words, I'll stop when I'm dead as someone else has said   I also agree with your suggestion about location.  This area I live in is way too uptight and very "dry".  Very few safe places to meet and hook up.  Thanks for the feedback.

I am a happy, fun guy with a terrific sense of humour - hang on, this is sounding like a dating site entry - seriously though, I'm not picky and age for me has never been a deciding factor for anything.  You're 100% right on about attitude however, maybe I do need the attitude adjustment?  I've always prided myself about being a great communicator so maybe I should just ask the next time it happens.  Hope I'm prepared for the truth though, could be painful.  Thanks for the feedback and reality check!

That might be part of the problem too, I'm not really not that into the "Daddy" thing.  I'm just there to hookup and have some mutually agreeable fun.  The younger crowd tend to be more dramatic and like you said, play more head games than the older crowd but that's just my experience so far and not written in stone.  We are older and more experienced and we do know what gets us off, therefore we are better at getting our partners off.  Something the somewhat selfish younger crowd aren't that concerned about.  Hmm, more good points to ponder.  Thanks for the feedback.
