I agree with what many of the men have already said here -- call it "southern hospitality" but no one in Atlanta or Miami/FtL has asked for a rubber in the past decade... same in DC, Southern Cali, London.

The only places I've visited in the US are New York and Chicago and had no issues finding guys into raw. Outside the US, London and Berlin.

In North America: Toronto, Montreal, New York are all amazing. I've had a ton of fun in Philly, Portland, Austin, San Antonio too. But my highest load-count days have been in the first three cities.
