Yes, there's definitely periodicity! Both solar and lunar. I'm more "in heat" during sunnier months in spring and summer. Also, the full moon gets me "in heat".  🙂

All humans have cycles like womens cycles they just haven’t been quantified yet. Same as love and shared spiritually uplifting experiences, we all know they’re real but we don’t have a way to measure them yet. Most of us are in someway in tune with the gravitational, seasonal and hormonal cycles that we have lived with our entire lives and probably never thought much about.

i find that regular sexual release along with the intimacy and exercise are essential coping mechanisms that are built into us for our own benefit and survival. Any time i have taken a break from sex longer than a few months I’ve had noticeable physical and psychological symptoms from depression to back pain. Part of being healthy is having a healthy sex life however you define that

I would say yes. I’ve been with my top partner for 9 years now and it’s interesting to compare our sexualities. He is kind of constantly horny so I put out for him and clean out where as if I was single I would often just snuggle and relax. However about 1-2 times a month on average I go through 3-5 days of constant horny feeling and way outpace him. I don't think that it's just bottoms that experience going into "heat", it's the same for Tops too. 

The wanton sexual behavior is what's so addicting - the ability to experience sex anywhere, at any time, and the expectation that it can happen any time, any where, is what some guys find so intoxicating.  Obviously we don't actually perform the mating act anytime/anywhere, since we'd rather stay outta the clink, but the connection can be made anytime and anywhere.
