My nearest sauna has two naked days a week. They give you a big towel to shower, as well as what is basically a face cloth (to use as you wish) - maybe to mop up or sit on in steam room/sauna? It gives me the opportunity to get acquainted with the facility, and also allows those who have lockers or rooms a chance to see me. Public spaces like hot tubs or pools I make sure I am naked and people have the opportunity to view me.
