I agree. I can never understand why bottoms are allowed to get off. Their focus should be 100% on the top that is used by them.

My husband will cage me from time to time for a few days. We haven’t found a comfortable cage that works well with my balls. I usually get a discomfort feeling after a day or so.  
 

My biggest issue with being caged is that it gets in the way when he fucks me in the missionary position. The pressure of him pounding me, with his weight on top of me, and the cage squishing my naughty bits. It doesn’t bother him, but it hurts (not in a good way).
