It has always been a career goal and dream of mine to be a pornstar and I am curious. How do pornstars stay hard for hours at a time

I usually bottom but I have also topped many times in my life, I am just not good at it. I also got into a bit of a porn addiction during covid. I still watch and pay for a lot of porn but not to the extent that I used to. The porn addiction definitely affected my ability to stay hard when round actual guys. It's slowly but surely coming back. I have tried to wean myself off it.

Trimix is a drug (consisting of three separate chemicals) injected directly into the penis to produce an erection. Depending on the dosage, it can produce an erection that lasts up to 4 hours, with no additional stimulation required - that is, it just won't go soft on its own until the drug wears off.

When used with a tight cockring, it can keep the cock hard even longer, because even when the drug wears off, the ring can be too tight to let blood flow out of the penis so as to go flaccid. In extreme circumstances, that can cause permanent damage to the penis in question.

What I was referring to is that if misused, trimix can land you in the ER. That script is written for one person, and one person alone. The situations that caused me angst were guys that knew I had trimix, went in to my refrigerator and stole it and did an injection, and then put on a silver or gold cock ring. That script was written for me, not them. Everyone is different.  There were mixed results at the ER, a man in his 50s eventually had his erection go down, and there was no damage to his penis. On the flip side, a guy in his 20s left my place, and hours later his partner called to say his erection had not gone down, and I advised him to head directly to the ER.
