I've only been once, so it could have just been an off night, but the one I've attended at Club San Diego was as sexless as typical CumUnion in Seattle that night.  Of dozen or so CumUnions I've been to in Seattle, the only one that had any action was in July of 2021 when things were just opening back up.

Anecdotally my travel experiences to these clubs/ cities has been similar. Steamworks Seattle on a Friday night was mostly all see and very little play. Thankfully I did get a top to publicly breed me while another guy came on my face. Vancouver was slow. Portland Steam has been either very hot or not so much. But, that is how things go on any given day.
