Yes, but as outlined earlier in this thread it's not rawTOP's fault but a result of the age verification laws passed by the UK parliament. Whenever I've had that maleprime page (another site that rawTOP, the owner of this site, runs) it's included in this second paragraph: "Our data indicates that you're coming from United Kingdom which is (at least reasonably) friendly to gay folks." I suspect the language about it "not being safe" dates from when this system was first implemented and restricted direct access from IP addresses in countries with explicit laws banning homosexual activity/pornography.
