Is this a "promise"? A good "promise"? 4) Trump has said he wants to cut spending. Is this a "promise"? A good "promise"? 5) Trump has said he's strongly in favor of free speech? "Promise"? "Good" promise? 6) Make America Healthy Again, promise? good? If not these, are there any other discernible "promises" he has made that can be used to determine success measures?
