I'm in need of some good writers for my porn blogs. People who when they see an image let their imaginations run wild and have no problem writing up what comes to mind. When you respond to posts on here, if you find yourself writing long descriptions when a short answer would do, and people find your writing enjoyable to read, then you're the type of person I'm looking for. I'll probably continue to write for the porn blog on rawTOP.com, but I've got a bunch of other porn blogs that really need attention. Some of the blogs do have condom scenes, but none of the pics show condoms (though some of the promo videos do). Since people tend to have "types" they find more stimulating and my porn blogs run a pretty wide gamut, I'll need 2 or 3 writers to cover everything. Unfortunately, I'd rather not work with New York residents. The laws here on employee vs contractor make it prohibitively expensive to hire NY residents. Pay is roughly $10/hour. Actually I pay $10 per 3 blog posts - from experience I know it takes about 20 minutes to write a blog post. If you're quick you'll earn more. So this probably isn't a gig for someone in an area with a high cost of living. This is a part-time gig. How much you work depends on your availability and my need. However, I do need you to be pretty predicable/dependable. I've tried working with guys who are heavy PNPers before - it doesn't work... I can't have you go missing for a week or two at a time.

Can you explain CD4 percentage - I haven't heard of it expressed that way. Percentage of the sample? Percentage of what? Is the sample size a constant?

Have Extra Time? Make Some Money - Be A Cam Model...
rawTOP replied to rawTOP's topic in General Discussion
It doesn't seem like anyone did. I have two chat sponsors I've promoted. That one never made much money for me, the other one is hit or miss. Really when it comes to chat you're hoping for the "whale" (big money spender) who can't live without seeing you on cam. Then you stop everything and spend hours with him... Whales are few and far between. AFAIK I've only seen the effects from one whale in my years promoting cams. To me cams is a bit of a gamble, so I don't really promote cams anymore. Though I may put a link to them once I've got my cam solution back up and running... -
Being In Porn - How do guys get in? Is there still a stigma?
rawTOP replied to rubio2001's topic in Bareback Porn Discussion
Find a studio that has guys like you. Figure out if they're near you (most won't pay for travel). Then send a clear pic to them and offer to be in one of their videos. -
The CDC has changed their treatment plan for Gonorrhea. Unfortunately there is now only one drug that is effective at stopping it, and it must be injected. Once that drug stops being effective we're sorta fucked and Gonorrhea will be a pretty serious problem. Here is the NYSDOH's summary of the CDC's new recommendations... If you get gonorrhea, make sure your doctor treats you properly. And definitely try hard not to pass gonorrhea on to others. While it may have been trivial in the past, it isn't anymore. Take it very seriously.

FYI - laborers in NYC (where it's pretty expensive), get about $120-150/day. The rates are probably lower where you are, so you just paid the guy a half days wages for a few minutes of work.

What year? I had her Spring of 1990 - just before I graduated. I'm still in contact with one of the other guys from the group.

Having lived in Lynchburg for two years.... Your first problem is probably your location. With Jerry Falwell's university, etc. as major players in Lynchburg, there just aren't that many guys who are up for gay sex, let alone unprotected gay sex...

POZ TOPS, do you always tell a bottom that you are poz ?
rawTOP replied to not_sure_bb's topic in General Discussion
Let's not forget that poz tops aren't the only ones who don't reveal or lie about their status. I've fucked COUNTLESS poz bottoms who claimed (at least in their profiles) that they were neg and only had safe sex. In a casual hookup scenario or with anonymous sex you really have no clue what the other person's status is. Back in the '80s & early '90s we were taught "always assume the other guy is poz". That's good advice today too. Unless you really know the guy well, you can't say you know his HIV status. Even then you only know it as well as he does. -
When I came out YEARS ago my friend suggested I get into a gay men's counseling group that the University of Texas offered. I had one counselor who was an older Texan woman named Coistal who taught me about picking up guys in gay bars. Her rule was that if someone gives you three solid looks, then they're interested. May not be for sex, but if you approach them they're not going to be hostile. Same should go for what you want... You can be the aggressor - just have good eye contact before and chances are they'll at least be nice when you go up to them and strike up a conversation. Since you want it to be sexual - I'd say just start being touchy feely quickly after you get a positive initial reaction from the guy. Compliments go a long way...

lol True - hadn't looked at it from that perspective. But a true and total sub will let a top fuck him with a condom since submission is complying with what the top wants. At the same time even a total sub will make it clear to the top he loves it when a top cums in him, and he might ask a top who uses a condom to cum in the condom so the bottom can take the condom and get the load out of the condom and up his ass.

IMHO, if you instigate it, participate willingly and never say 'no' - then you're no victim. The older guy may have committed a crime, but it was a victimless crime and the punishment should reflect the fact that it's a victimless crime. Actually, we don't have to accept current society. You only have to accept the past. What's current is our to remake collectively. The fact that the same age "kid" was a responsible member of society 200 years ago just proves the point that we don't have to accept the infantilization of kids in their mid-teens. I don't think you comprehend teens today or the fact that just because it's written in a law doesn't make it right. This makes the whole thing absurd. I think what's important is that a person's HIV status should never be used as a legal weapon. No infection, no problem. For all we know the guy was on meds and couldn't infect the kid... I'd say it sounds like the kid (and his parents) are bigger abusers than the poz guy was...

Do we know who made the first move? Who came onto who? To me it makes a difference how sexually aggressive the teen was.

I think it's crazy to sexualize teens and then treat them as babies who can't make their own decisions. Go back 200 years and you'll see that teens were running farms, starting families, etc. Its our culture that's the problem (IMHO). Let's stop pretending 15, 16, 17 year olds are so fragile and teach them to take care of themselves. They did it 200 years ago. They can do it now. Bottom line, IMHO the age of consent laws are part of the problem - they reinforce the idea that teens are incapable of taking care of themselves and making decisions, when it's just that parents are too lazy to teach their kids to fend for themselves or ask them to grow up. I don't buy the biological arguments. Sure there may be parts of the brain which aren't fully developed until the early 20s, but it doesn't mean they're completely missing in someone who's 15 or 16. There's enough there for the teen to figure out what's right and wrong on their own.

He may be in one of those areas with "abstinence only" sex ed. The teen pregnancy rates in those areas are through the roof.

Sounds like fun. Too bad you didn't test your limits in the sling. I suspect you can take more than you think you can... One of these days you'll try it and find out

Now that you know your role you need to understand it's not your place to say whether a top uses a condom...

I've updated the forum URL with Forum Runner. I'm not sure yet what effect that will have. You may need to delete the old Breeding Zone and set up the new one in Forum Runner. Because the URL changed they may treat it as a new forum - but I hope not.

We've found one issue... Not sure how to deal with it... People who have put in their Skype IDs (and possibly other IM chat client IDs). When the page displays their name, etc. it shows whether they're online on those services. Those service icons don't come from secure servers so the page isn't considered 100% secure and you'll get no lock icon or a broken lock icon. This does not affect the secure nature of the text on the page - only whether you see a proper lock icon. I'll either need to figure out the ssl equivalents for those IM service icons, or disable the feature, or we'll just have to live with the broken lock icons. If you have thoughts one way or another, let me know. I'm thinking I'll just disable the feature that tells you if someone is online, etc.

Short-circuiting a lecture when getting testing
rawTOP replied to whtbbcumhole4blk's topic in HIV/AIDS & Sexual Health Issues
You're not old enough to have gone through literally dozens of these lectures. They get so tiring and they're so condescending. You start thinking not getting tested is better than having to go through that AGAIN... When the person getting tested knows the script and can tell the counselor what they'll say next the whole exercise is rather pointless. At your age maybe the lecture is warranted. At my age it's not. -
After 2/3rd of you said you really wanted SSL encryption, I've implemented it. It's not an option - everyone now has to go through SSL. What this means is that what you read and what you type is now encrypted in transit. If you're on a public network, people can't snoop and see what you're reading/posting. If you go through a firewall (like a corporate firewall), and that firewall observes normal privacy standards (corporate firewalls may not), then the firewall will not know the nature of what you're reading/posting. So basically this is a big step forward to make sure people don't know you're a big 'ol perv I'm still cleaning up issues with the implementation. I could use your help - if you see any problems, please let me know. But first, reload the page to make sure it's not a caching issue. Essentially you should see a lock symbol somewhere in our browser window (depends on the browser you use). That lock symbol should not look broken - if it does, I need to know the particulars. Or if it's missing, that's a problem too...
