    I used to work as an admin asst at a large research institute and one of the scientists there is a doctor and does cancer research. He was trying to equate some old info about AZT with Truvada to basically say PrEP is a fraud, and I was like hello they are not the same drug you idiot.     Easy way to verify if he is a doctor is go to the state medical board website where it allow people to verify a doctor is licensed in that state to practice medicine.

    Correct there is usually some way a person can get on ARV's if they are poor somemtimes it requires a little bit of work contacting various agencies and applying for assistance, and some states are more generous than others.

    Being a doctor I doubt he would risk his career by lying about his status with someone because if that got found out he would probably loose his medical license and practice. But it is odd that he insists on pulling out.
