Non-Fiction Post which spans multiple areas...
viking8x6 replied to PozToxVersPig's topic in Tips, Tricks, Rules & Help
Yes, you put it in the right place (thanks!). As @Olderkinkybiguy correctly supposed, this sounds like it would be best as a personal blog in the Bareback Bloggers area (https://breeding.zone/forum/33-bareback-bloggers/) Like the Tips and Tricks forum, posts are moderated, so after you make your first post, a moderator will approve it and then you can add more. -
Is Incest really wrong, Change My Mind

Moderator's Note: Please remember that posts containing erotic references to underage sex (under 18) are forbidden everywhere on BZ. DO NOT post them here. -
@Anders4 Moderator here. Your request was received and your account and profile are no longer publicly accessible (i.e. they have been removed from the web site). Your login credentials will be removed when the Administrator processes the pending deletions. More details in the topic above, to which I am merging your post.

You can edit your own posts for a very short time after you first post them (about 10 minutes). If you want changes after that, simply report your own post (using the Report option in the '...' menu at the upper right corner of the post) and explain the changes in the body of the report. A moderator will take care of it.

Well, that was refreshing and different! Is there a TL;DR? 😉

ICE Arrests at Popular NYC Gay Cruising Spots

I looked for that post, and here's a link to it: https://breeding.zone/topic/38710-warning-points/page/4/#findComment-971420 -
The topic under discussion is SNAP, which used to be known as "Food Stamps". In the US, it provides assistance only for food primarily for people with children. You are asserting that "too many able bodied [people]" are depending on it "for life" and are not "fending for themselves". You are probably wrong, but you certainly should be providing some references to back up your assertion, because it is implausible considering what SNAP is.

I've merged your post into the existing topic about blocking people. See the top of the post for instructions, but TL;DR: Use the pull-down menu from your own screen name at the upper left and select "Ignored Users"

Anyone Else with a Suit and Tie Fetish?

This is without question an arrogation of powers that belong to Congress. The Constitution is crystal clear on the subject.

If you aggressively pinch tender soft tissues for 36 hours, you will do some real damage. It will take time for it to heal. Basic care is important - keep it clean and do your best not to irritate it any further. It would also be appropriate to seek medical help - they might, for example, be able to give you medication to reduce the inflammation.

The data in the chart that @Pozzible posted, plus the population numbers, do not by themselves lead to the conclusion you have drawn here, so far as I can tell. What other assumptions have you used, or what is your logic in concluding it?

Your bodies effects from being on Prep for so long

I have osteopenia (not quite osteoporosis yet, thanks be), which I found out about because I broke a wrist earlier this year - first time I've ever broken a bone. I believe it's likely that Truvada had some role in that and have now switched to Descovy. And a lot of calcium supplements. -
You, and just about everybody else. 😉

I'll second @tobetrained's recommendation of American Nations - it is truly excellent.

Hideously uncomfortable. However, I once owned a bikini swim suit with a seam down the back and the fabric shaped to cup the ass cheeks and separate them. That was comfy and hot and got me a good bit of attention, back in the day.

Moderator's note: A request to those who are not either Trump supporters (or conservatives who are not Trump supporters): Please be respectful of the contributions our right-wing brothers choose to share here. Shouting them down, telling them they are crazy or evil, or otherwise abusing them will not improve our communication.

I never had any issues with them until about 2 weeks ago, when I got some rather nasty burns (not yet healed) on the skin at the entrance to my nostrils. I certainly didn't splash any on me, but it is possible that my nose touched the (possibly moist) bottle. I've been thinking about the incident and doing a bit of research since. What was different than other times I used them? 1. I used to store them in the refrigerator, but I haven't been doing that recently because of a shared living situation. 2. I was using them more frequently, and therefore opening and closing the bottle more often. 3. I was using them from a small bottle that I was refilling from a larger bottle (to avoid opening the larger one so often). Buckle your seatbelts, time for some science! Poppers decompose fairly easily (fact). At least one of the by-products of decomposition catalyzes the decomposition and makes it proceed faster (fact). At least one of the by-products of decomposition is nitric acid (fact). I've never had a problem with burns from a fresh bottle of poppers, even when I spilled them on my skin (fact). At the time I got burned, I had noticed during both that session and the session before that the poppers had a "sharp" smell to my nose (like horseradish or wasabi), which is characteristic of strongly acidic vapors. My hypothesis is that the burns are caused by nitric acid, which comes from the degradation of the poppers over time. I'm planning to do some experimentation (not on my nose!) to probe this further, when I get around to it. Further note: Some poppers are sold with a small round white ball in the bottle. I don't know for sure, but I believe this is probably a small ball of an alkaline substance such as lye or washing soda, which can absorb the acid as degradation occurs, thereby keeping it from catalyzing further degradation. There is a patent from the 1950s on using such alkalies for this exact purpose.

I'll be happy to explain myself, @SomewhereonNeptune. 1. The question had already been asked once. @TaKinGDeePanal is not obliged to respond, and shouting (all caps) a demand for an answer is simply rude. 2. @rawfuckingonly says "You made a claim so you best back it up." But if you go back and read the post from @TaKinGDeePanal, his actual claim is about your (@SomewhereonNeptune) assertion regarding the example set by moderates and conservatives. The only role the clause about the bullet plays in his post is as a time reference dividing a "This Is War" behavior from one of "prayer, vigil, and remembrance". Whether the source of the bullet was proven or merely perceived to be from one source or another is not cogent to his statement.

The new Kamala Harris book: 107 Days
viking8x6 replied to SomewhereonNeptune's topic in LGBT Politics
Philadelphia isn't in the FBI statistical report that was the basis of the US News list. FWIW, the FBI has this to say about ranking the list: https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s/2010/crime-in-the-u.s.-2010/caution-against-ranking -
That’s better than asking ‘are you clean?’ - like, I douched, washed my pits and bits, shampooed my hair…yeah I am clean…if someone asks if I am healthy. I’d say - my cholesterol is a bit high- and my blood sugar is borderline, but whose isn’t? You've taken this out of context, @Poz50something. @BlindRawFucker1 was asking @Pozguyinchi whether he was healthy because of the comment the guy at the sex club made about his "look" (i.e. if he was actually in poor health he might indeed have looked "diseased").

Hiding HIV diagnosis from wife/partner
viking8x6 replied to Tiboer's topic in What's It Like To Be Poz?
I'd add to that: If you're starting a new relationship, BE UPFRONT about your true feelings/habits about monogamy. If you're the kind of guy who, deep in his heart (or balls), truly is the roaming kind and needs to get some (or at least inevitably is going to be getting some) on the side, TELL your potential romantic relationship partner. Because if they are not OK with it, that's an incompatibility as fundamental as straight vs gay, and it's extremely likely to destroy your relationship (or at the very least make it miserable).
