You can purchase it from legit places on the internet no matter the country you are in but it has fairly high price tag so you will be looking at around 50 euro a month

English is not my first language I come from Thailand and moved to UK less than 1 year ago also my job in Thailand was working tropical medicine I was 1 of the qualified staff members that worked on patients with Mers also have worked with many hiv/aids charities also seen many patients. (we did trials for hiv medications even prep) Westerner people specially US people listen to a lot of rubbish with false stats because it's all about money. To throw around stats without peoples medical history show's that you have no understanding of the field as I stated before peoples health state can have effect on how a drug will work also as i said every drug has negatives which is why some you have to be monitored carefully this is one of those drugs becuase it has serious side effects. Using the excuse now about long term it's cheaper to give people prep rather then treat hiv is poor excuse people should be responsable and regarding condom stats they are misleading because again you can change them to suit whatever you are pitching most problems with condoms is people not using them correctly.

It is true I work in medical field so to try and claim it does not cause these issues is ignorance every drug has negative effects which can effect different people in different ways. I was the one who recommended to my friends to go on it because i listened to all the hype plus the data I was fed looked very good (they did the samething when hiv/aids hit in 80s) and have even been offered favours from some companies to try and push the drug. The problem with drugs is you may have no ill effects until a lot of damage has been caused some people this can happen quickly others years which this drug is fairly new so no one truly knows the long term effect it can have for groups of people. The last point is you may see the stats which claim protects 99% so on again this is untrue it comes down to your health and what you are interacting with this is the problem with trials in some countries US is awful for it they are pushing agenders It's peoples own choice at the end of the day but one thing I will say is if you want to use this you should have to fund it yourself I do not agree with others picking up the bill but people shouldn't be getting ripped off like they currently are.

Some people need a reality check not everyone can take prep like a lot of drugs it can have nasty effects a few of my friends tried it and a bunch of them now have serious health problems this drug is dangerous its not as simple as take it and you are protected

A lot fo false information is being spread in here the NHS does not get "discount deals" I can tell you this from working in the system as a researcher and because other countries trials/tests show a drug works the UK/NHS has to still do it's own testing which is why you see this country have a big delay in getting new drugs if they get them at all due to high costs. (each patient has a set amount each year allocated for medication which is around £300) If I was the one that had the choice to provide this drug on NHS or not I would not the cost is too high and it has already been stated use of condoms is fine why should NHS pay for long term prevention because someone refuses to use a currently available method which offers 99-100% protection. The US drug prices are always inflated as are UK this is what happens to rich countries we are not allowed to just go and buy cheap generic ones like Africa/India. (it's also to do with medical people have ties/deals with drug companies) Working in the field I do always say to normal people do not donate to charity when it comes to research/cures for medical side of things you are basiclly funding comanies to make them big profits out of your money (I am one of the people that make money from it of course the projects I work on are funded by donations)

The meds being as good as they are is why they will not release a cure so much money to be made of it. It is very rare to be infected by pre cum. -
I think your Primary Care Physician did the correct thing when it comes to taking medication like this you need someone that knows about it and he had no knowledge so forwarding you to a specialst was good on his part if he wanted to be annoying he could of just refused but he didn't. The only bad thing I would say is he should of done some blood work first before giving you the 15 day worth but I think he only gave you this amount to cover himself upto your appointment with the other people so if you did say get infected you can't go back or take action saying you was refused ways to protect yourself.

This shows how out of touch the porn world is again. If a consenting adult is willing to do things like bareback then what is the problem and why are these pornstars that are always going on about hiv not taking things like prep. US has something about sex they are happy that people get blown to bits but sex they are odd with it. The people that try to put rules like this in place are not understanding this will make porn like it was in the old days underground so it will be even more dangerous and come on it's 2015 work together to make the industry better not keep attacking it this doesn't help anyone. -

That is not true PrEP can do a lot of long term damage I was on it for a 3-4 months and ended up in the hospital and I know of some people who are having serious health issues now that was on in for few years. You should be getting tests if you have a good doctor every 3 months this stuff can really do damage to liver/kidneys so they need to keep on top of checking them. The other symptoms are common ones it may be in your case you have a a bit of a bug but just go see your doctor they will know what to do. -
