I would agree 110%. It is true the is the risk of co-infection which is VERY rare and minimal. I have been poz for almost 9 years. My bf has been poz almost 8. We play with others and each other. Our doctor has NEVER told us use protection with each other. He has discouraged us at times for playing with others for risk of other STI's as spoogeboy mentioned as well. These can briefly cause havoc with your blood counts and can be an unpleasant PAIN to get rid of, but rawTOP's advice - "Take a deep breath, relax and enjoy life" is the best yet. Whether you intended or not to become poz at 19, it definitely not worth stopping what you enjoy which is BB sex!! -
I do both Prospero. I never take my ring out to fuck. I currently have a 2 ga. I also LOVE riding a PA. In fact, the bigger the better!!

I luv mine and I agree rarely take it out. I have a 2 ga capture bead... there are so many kinds now that snap in /held in place with heavy magnet there is no need for a piercer to put it in and out!

I would agree 110% with MyBeard - I have had mine for 14 years... intially done with a 12 ga, it has naturally stretched to a 2 ga over time. I rarely hook up with guys that want me to take it out to play. I am also vers and LUV guys in with a PA in fact the larger the better.

I would agree it is a managed chronic illness now a day. I too am on the one pill a day so it does make taking pills a non-issue. I have been poz for 8 years. I find I eat better and exercise. I take better care of myself and watch my health more carefully, activities I should have done all along but took for granted. I do not have any regrets. I'm probably a bit more of a sex pig (if that is at all possible). I have a poz BF who I may not have met otherwise. I most likely would have said "thanks, but no thanks." He is great to me and means the world to me. However, much like life, everyone's situation is a bit different. We are just luckier today than guys 20 years ago, or for that matter, even 10-15 years ago, thanks to newer meds. -

Hate the use of condoms. I cannot tell you how many guys I have turned down only to find someone else. There is no way I want a condom in my ass or use one on a btm I play with. There are plenty who like us prefer not to.

I was told a very similar thing by my doctor since I have been poz for seven years and the last four years undetectable. His exact words were "There is always risk with any sexual encounter, but the risk is almost negligible."
