I do have a great system to clean myself out, but I think I dehydrate my body doing it which is why I get those urinary tract infection symptoms, like when you have to go really bad every 3 minutes, but nothing comes out. I also use a butt plug in between enemas, that helps bring things down too I think. Once or twice I have been ready to leave and not fully clean, but just clean again and I'm good to go for the whole night. I also take imodium, and drink water and cranberry juice and take a cranberry vitamin. Time to start cleaning, ugh. -

The problem is once you start cleaning out it starts everything else coming down. That's why it takes me so long, but when I am done i don't have any accidents. I wish tops would stick to the professional bottoms that are bent over waiting for it, but often I see a guy drop another guys pants and stick it in and odds are it's not clean. I know ti would be easier if I ate a lot of fiber or metamucil, but I don't. -

I wish I had moved to Florida sooner. I've been here for a little over 6 and a half years, I guess that's a long time in some aspects. I also wish I had been wiser spending my money or holding on to it, I also regret one guy who liked me and it could have possibly turned into a boyfriend, but I didn't really give it a chance. 1. for a fast clean use a bottle enema, try no to go too deep, if you go part the first colon area you will bring down more mess that will take more time.
