    Hi... Wanted to add a couple points... When you download a torrent, you are connected to everyone else who is downloading it as well and you are all pulling the data from each other. So by downloading a torrent, you are also sharing it. Anyone using torrent software can easily see the IP address of everyone else connected to that torrent. If the copyright holder wanted to they could contact your internet provider and demand to know who was using that IP address. Safe Harbor laws would require your ISP to cooperate. The rights holder could then sue the owner of that internet account for copyright infringement.
