There already is a cure, the problem is it involves completely killing your immune system and undergoing a stem cell transplant, which carries even more risk than treating the disease itself. Since I have been told that if I ever have a recurrence of the particular cancer I suffered my best option would be a stem cell transplant. If it ever comes to that point I will jump at the chance to have a cure for this disease.

They are definitely fantasist, but I'm not sure voyeur fits when it comes to watching in realtime. A good rule of thumb, if I'm topping is unless I know the guy was just fucked to at least go slow on the insertion. If I discover he is already loose and wet, there is no need to ease into it, but if he isn't at least loose I need to pause and allow his hole to relax. My 1st question is how much time are you spending outside of Seattle and the greater PNW? I know you mentioned going to IML, but wonder how many days you spent in Chicago. It depends on how loose the bottom is. If the hole, including my own, has been recently well used there is really no need to ease into the fuck, but if the hole is tight and tense you need to take it easy.
