Just a couple of questions: 1. How water should I be pumping inside me so that I'm clean but without over-douching? Just enough to clean the rectum or should I be douching beyond it? 2. What's the best amount of time to wait after douching before I get fucked?

I've recently been having trouble taking longer dicks. At a certain length, it hits the bend in my rectum (the sigmoid canal) and causes a very sharp sensation. Does anyone else experience this? Any advice on how to overcome this? Maybe there's a way to straighten the path? Thanks

My other problem is when dicks that are too large to go beyond the rectum and into the intestine (sigmoid). How do I take dick easier past that point? At the moment it's a sharp pain.

Im getting quite frustrated because I can never seem to find the right way to stay clean down there before taking loads and not worrying about accidents. And my confidence in my bottoming has decreased. Every time I douche, I test myself with a toy before I try anything and there's ALWAYS something 'up there'. I can never seem to get properly clean. What am I doing wrong? When I take loads, I don't mess around with 1 or 2 loads. I'm aiming for 10+ at a time, so I need to be VERY clean. What's the best way to douche/eat/supplement before taking loads? Any help appreciated!
