I might consider such a bumper sticker. And indeed none of Bootman's post is new stuff. Is one of the reasons I am surprised at the widespread support he seems to enjoy. More, why are so many who were jailed because of him still supporting? What's in that cool aid they all seem to be drinking?

We are in a rapidly changing moral climate. One that intends to restrict individual choice. I know my own website is in the process of making changes so that outside observers have little view inside.

What a great start @Scanbu. I got quite a chuckle out of "Here comes the sex" opening. -
If I don't tip, it is for a reason. But for me it applies to the whole place, not just the server. Traditionally restaurants locally pay minimum wage; or worse, wait staff works for tips. So if I am satisfied; reasonably friendly and no fuck ups; I tip 20%. Easy math in my head; and many restaurants have a tip chart on their receipt. If it was more of a Just OK, did the job but a pedestrian overall experience; we tip 15. If the server was an utter asshole; food sucked; we got shot; (pick your bad experience);, we tip a penny. Our favorite place has consistently excellent food; pays their staff well, and the service is excellent all the time, and patrons like us still tip 20%. The server is the front man but all the elements of the establishment count. Oh, um; yeah I guess that is front person.... ugh... 🙂

24 years now in our open relationship. We had been the monogamous one of a partner who strayed. And we had similar reactions to that. We weren't put off by the sex, but rather the over lying about it. Honest that lying crap is tiring. Once we know someone is lying about at least some things; we really don't know when they are lying. And so our relationships had been built on sand. We are open, sometimes together, more often these days separately. But not secretive. It fun to watch each other enjoying sex with others and from time to time we get to enjoy that. We are lifemates. The sucky part of that of course is that one of us is going to experience the loss of the other. We'll probably never "be ready for that" and yet we accept the inevitability of it. We've lost siblings, close friends, parents many years ago. ( aside: for years it always amused me when I heard peers utter words "If I die....". )

So glad to have come back to this. While this story was being written, I was finally seroconverting myself. So it has a special significance. But it is also a classic story. I would love to see this and others assembled into a book.

Wisconsin here and you surely won't hear it from me,, ya'all. 🙂 Growing up in a very unique small town in Illilnois; most in my young adult life took me as slightly British. At least I was often asked that. It didn't get better as my closer USAF friends were British - Cockney. Honest, I have developed a bit of the Sheboygan County accent with adopted family all Sheboygan Count based.

Exactly on the go get tested. I always set my timing depending upon a sort of mental slut index. If I've taken unknown loads weekly I'll get tested every month. If I get unknown loads monthly then every 3 I get tested. And so on; and my minimum was always still annually for those very dry times....
