@rawfuckingonly are you following the administrations actions WRT people living in this country? Our one accepted constitution of the United States of America (not whatever else you think are the USAs founding documents), does not allow the government to break into a judges home without a warrant signed by a judge. The President does not have the authority to start a war on his own, without congress. Congress, not the President is the only authority with the power of the purse. So I'll start with just those three things. I have ZERO interest in reciting the entire list of Administration violations as there are plenty of sources I believe you are capable of finding. Now, if you wish to do what has become fashionable and make up your own facts; you're on your own. I'll simply block you and man, you simply aren't worth the effort. Feel free to reply to your hearts content but going forward, I'm already tired of you.

I think we have a first duty, and that won't be settling down; but reversing those things which are violating our constitution; which is our agreement with each other. When one violates those, that violates our agreement with each other. So first, let's work off the same agreement. If one wants to change that, put forth legislation to do that. Else follow the constitution.

@URS2USE man thanks for being willing to participate in emerging treatments. And part of the payoff is whether we can get treated and still cum. You already know that outcomes are variable; and it seems some of the ability to predict is still being studied; so those estimates are based upon limited information. My prostate cancer remains in the "monitor" and see how it goes. I hope you share more of how this evolves for you; and if you proceed with IRE how that unfolds for you. Let's not forget about TasP. Before PrEP the one known preventative, identified by multiple partner studies; is Treatment as Prevention. It is one of the reasons that even off PrEP, the risk of getting infected is still quite low. In recent years TasP was rebranded to U=U. For years the other STI's just showed up every two or three years. And while inconvenient; fairly easily dealt with.

I have no first hand experience in this. However I certainly would not reject my adult cousin although I doubt that would ever happen. Uncles, parents have all passed so it isn't a possibility. There are training "dildoes" you can buy. One has a breathing hole down the center so you can get used to breathing with something in your throat. Bottom line is to relax. Get the tension out of out throats, and teach ourselves that we will be fine occasionally enjoying the feel of a thick tube in our throats. The training dildoes can really help. If you want to practice in my home dungeon; I have them handy. -

I do understand this is an unlikely, but not unheard of scenario. Doctors do have ethical standards which if not followed risks their license to practise. But, we are human too. If at an appointment we decide to meet for coffee later, well then it is not during an office visit.
