So I have a friend, loves idea of getting Pozzed currently on PrEP. He has a chance to in a few weeks get with a Toxic Top says around 120K now off meds. Said the top said Atripla didn't work for him as Meds. I looked for him Atripla is PrEP plus one more drug. So will his Toxic seed slice right thru his PrEP? He wants to go for it but wondering how much risk he's taking? Thoughts?

It's insane that guys expect to do OnlyFans etc as a living. Just insaner the money they make not even escorting as sort of work. Crazy even in the 80s and 90s actors knew they would make money from escorting and/or dancing etc at bars. In most cases had regular jobs be it bartending etc. These days they expect to live off 2 20 minute "collaborations" a week or month, nuts how entitled they are. But that's Gen Z in general 😞 in my opinion.

No that is NOT TRUE!!!! That is for SURE. BootmanLA is correct NOT what you think or did hear from your local Doctor. YOU really should google the scientific data for yourself. Although I think it's much more the case for a PrEP person with only 2 meds and I think re-infection with a stronger virus from what I've seen in studies is rare.

I said nothing about Muslims nor did it have to do with them just your reaction to those who disagree with you. You seem intolerant of ANYONE who doesn't support your political view. You also seem intolerant that Gays would prefer our neighborhood still be Boystown. You can think the name should change FINE!! but you can't seem to be tolerant that the majority gay/straights/everyone in the survey said keep the name and the vast majority like 80% did not think the name was a problem. And that people feeling that way is a valid point of view.

Actually there was a HUGE PUSHBACK. The Turds on the Board ignored initial petitions that wanted the name kept. They did their own survey and admitted they went AGAINST OVERWHELMING sentiment. 58% said Definitely keep the name and 80%!!! said they had no problem with the name. We will see how much business and Donation money they get from festivals. Those donations go straight into their organizations pockets. I certainly won't ever pay the $10 donation again. And in Chicago since they are held on streets I pay for it is strictly optional.

Hi planning to do the Cumunion at SW tonight. I went once before and though they say 3rd floor didn't get much attention. Is third floor best or aam I better off getting a room on the main floor? Bearish bottom guy here and was wondering if the folks attending at Jackhammer Cumunion are same mix or maybe older and bearier?

Sorry haven't posted still no answer still have fevers every day. Went to clinic 5 wks-1 day post exposure for the 1 minute HIV test no antigen negative. Next day, 5 wks post exposure went in doctor ran a whole bunch of tests including what is listed as a 4th generation with antigen w/RFL hiv test and it came back negative. From what I have read those tests with antigen for a majority maybe big majority would be positive by that long after exposure? Would you rule HIV out as the issue? Tests included Hep B/TB/Chlamydia/Gono all neg and I'm vaccinated for A&B. I was Hep C negative in Feb test. Also comprehensive metabolic panel all good a couple liver enzymes just above reference range AST/ALT but doc wasn't concerned. Any ideas?

In my city, the hiv prevalence rate is much higher in non-white population and they on average are less likely to be connected to care/undetectable, that is all.

Safe is his choice, you as an anonymous bottom who he or anyone can't trust saying on PrEP or negative etc wanted bb. Neither is wrong, and both should be respected, and condoms do help with other stds too. As a top, he has more choices to pick from. It's not "stigma", it's respecting each person's choices and if they don't match, you either agree to safe or move on hoping to find another top.

I know it would seem unlikely by the stats but am concerned. I am experiencing symptoms that could be the "fuck" flu. I have been on PrEP for a year and a half. Have not missed a daily dose in over 6 months. To my knowledge have never gotten the regular flu. Only recent encounter, Wed July 13th had unprotected sex with 2 guys at the bathhouse, one I'm not worried about because we have played before is strictly top says he's neg on PrEP himself and have exchanged contact info etc. Other one was a black guy, I let him fuck me, I got bored after 5-10 minutes and said take a break not sure if he came but he didn't tell me. No talking, no idea of his status. 2.5 weeks later threw up late evening after afternoon brunch, I never throw-up. For the last 2 weeks been more tired, feel like I have a fever (confirmed yesterday and today 100.5 or higher) and some body aches mostly shoulder/upper back etc. Had one night a few days ago where I woke up and had a nightsweat by my head. How likely is it conversion? If it's happened would it show up on a rapid hiv test yet? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Any idea of other things it could be?

On PrEP have taken some loads but want to be a real Cumdump at the upcoming party.. Haven't been to CumUnion, their party posting suggests a room on the 3rd floor. It usually is not as busy up there on the few regular days I've been there as the main floors. For those who have been to the parties is the 3rd floor the best on that day to maximize loads??? .Beefy, bearish guy here. Any other advice on maximizing getting bred? Also are the "lights outs" better than regular days?

bearbandit, I think you had a severe reaction to Truvada? How did it show up? Also I should have mentioned though she was noted it was not concerned my liver ALT was slightly elevated at 53 U/L, reference range 9-46 in case that makes a difference. -
Longtime lurker here sorry for the long post. I have been on PrEP for almost 9 months. Trying to decide if Truvada could be responsible. I'm so exhausted/achy in lots of places/icky and keeps getting worse (could never have the energy for a job at this point its that bad). I don't even feel like the hassle of sex lately. Also since being on Truvada I have had unexplained weight gain of 25 lbs. (and was quite overweight before that). I also swear that on Truvada alcohol affects me much more and less pleasant. Btw, I have been on other meds for blood pressure a longtime. My old doctor had been trying figure this out but I lost her and have seen a nurse practitioner who ordered lots of tests (she's not familiar with PrEP) everything so far comes up negative. Normal metabolic panel - liver, kidney, blood counts; thyroid, Stds, B12, borderline low D treating, testosterone, EKG. All normal including my total cholesterol though odd in past been at around 200 this time came in at 128. The new nurse basically doesn't have any ideas what to try/consider, does anyone here? I have read its rare but seems there is a separate test for lactic acid which to knowledge has not been run is that worthwhile though I see weight loss with that? Would it show up in any other counts? Any ideas? Thinking about taking a break from Truvada (never missed a dose so far). Last sex was 40 days ago so should be good on risk? How long if it's the problem to know it is or is not the Truvada, a few days, a week or (out of my system and feel better without it)? If I stop how long do you think I need to get back on it before risky sex? Any ideas either related to Truvada or not would be helpful. Thanks.
