Question For Bottoms And Getting Ready For Gb

I love bottoming, everything about it except cleaning out before, nobody like a dirty bottom.  I find starving myself for 2 or 3 days before the event.  YUK.

 

My question is for you experienced bottoms, what is the fastest, best way to clean out, other than starving one self?

Keep your diet very regular and full of fiber and keep yourself clean on a regular basis by fingering yourself in the shower and so when you need to be extra clean it's easier to just douche

Yep..diet is important (fibre as mentioned). Also don't pig out on food. One of my motivations to not eat as much is so my bowels are cleaner.

i have a shower shot too. I can't imagine using a regular douche or enema, not nearly thorough enough. ditto on the high fiber diet.

Question about the shower shot, I have one, great aside from my penchant to push to much water up there and then a ton of unbulked stool comes out. For quick dependency, I end up using a bulb or the enemy bottles.

 

So how much water do you recommend and how deep are you going?
