i got laser hair removal, so no bumps ever.. before that i used nair and shaved. you can prevent redness by drying the skin out with clearasil or rubbing alcohol. in porn, they use air brushing.

If you use Anusol or similar after being fucked it can sometimes prevent a pile from forming. I tend to find I only get a pile if my hole has been too dry when being fucked so plenty of spit or lube should help.

I like to keep my hole bald so I use an epilator or shave it. As for preventing piles, make sure you eat fiber and don't use high pressure if you douche using a hose connected to the shower. Use lube, not spit (or fucking dry). After a fuck sesh, I like to clean up using a Preparaton H medicated wipe.

I saw this on Facebook this week. It seems relevant to the discussion. Apparently using soap on your hole is bad for it and promotes hemorrhoids. I mostly just clean with water myself.

I take fiber tablets every day and watch what I eat if im planning on getting fucked...As far as cleaning out I clean out using a shower attachment and a dildo to check....i use lube on my dildo and the attachment.....that seems to work for me...After I get fucked i take a good shower and not use any soap on my hole.....As far as shaving my pussyhole, no i like it with some fur there...but again it depends on what kind of guys you hook up with...i like bears and most bears like furry cubs

Probably any moisturizer would help a well used hole. I am prone to piles if I done use good lube, but mostly use a hand cream with aloe to keep my hole moisturized. Prep-h is completely ineffective for me. Haven't had an issue in many years with the hand cream. Coconut oil might be good too, but I've never tried it. Got fucked once by a guy that swore by it as lube. Tore my hole up bad. Gun oil red label (silicone) is my lube of choice.
