While everyone will get free unlimited text chat and probably 20 minutes of video chat each day, unlimited video chat will be a paid feature once the site is up, running and established (not initially). I did a little investigation and it seems cam sites are pretty lenient, probably because the video isn't persistent. So basically if you can do it on Cam4 you can do it on my cam/chat site... Technically there will be certain things I have to moderate - scat is out. Pissing IN someone is out (pissing ON someone is fine)... But what I don't see I can't penalize you for... So it's pretty much a free-for-all if you're in a private chat room. Public chat rooms will have more scrutiny - those will need to conform to the standards laid down by my credit card billing company.

When I launch a tube site (January?) I'll need to be stricter on that because the video is persistent...

In other words, I'll be as liberal as my credit card biller allows me to be. But if I catch you crossing the line, expect to get your hand slapped...

I've looked deeper into what's allowed and what's not. What it's going to come down to are the rules set by whoever I use for payment processing. The software I planned on using supports CCBill, so I started there, but they're far too restrictive. They don't even allow you to piss on someone else (which is pretty mainstream these days and 'safe sex'). I'm in the process of moving my servers to the same company that hosts Dick Wadd Fetish and it'll take more time to set up, but I'm going to try to get them to process credit cards for me. So if you see it in a Dick Wadd movie, it will be allowed... Which is pretty lenient.

However, scat (shit) is out. Rape is out. Basically anything non-consensual is out. Extreme violence is out. Of course everyone has to be at least 18, and so on... But there's still a lot of pigginess that will be allowed.

That said, what you do in the privacy of a private chat room is your own business (for the most part). And moderators just can't see everything all the time in the pubic chat rooms. Still, if we see you consistently breaking the rules that will be grounds for banning you from the site.

The tube site that will be launched after the cam site will have similar rules but because the videos are persistent the rules will be applied more rigorously (every video will be moderated before it goes up). There will also be certain terms which won't be allowed in descriptions... You can't even imply underage sex (even if the guys are over 18), you can't imply force/rape or non-consensual sex, etc.

As far as PNP... There was someone who got 10 years in jail and part of the evidence against them was a video they posted of themselves doing drugs. You've got to be pretty stupid to post videos of illegal activity. That said, I'm not trying to police the sexual activity in your bedroom. Perhaps you're smoking a cigarette you rolled yourself. Or perhaps you're a diabetic injecting insulin... In other words, if you're clearly doing illegal drugs, the video won't get up on the tube site. If I think you're doing something else, then it might get up...
