I've taken Levitra, which is quite similar in effect. Yes, they work - for me it lasts a few hours (Cialis is longer). Very useful for those of us who are getting older and have plumbing issues from time to time. It does mess with my vision a bit (a common side effect).

Excellent advise all around !!  With that being said, For myself, I have played with both Cialis and Viagra,  The Viagra works best for me as far as erections and keeping them for the longest times, but it does give me  tremendous head aches and upset stomach for a couple of days afterwards.  The Cialis works, but not as well for me as with some others, but it doesn't give me the headaches either. As the saying goes, "everyone's mileage is different", so I'd recommend getting one of the sample packs of both and try them to see what's best for yourself.

When I did use it, the effect was cool. I have a reasonably large cock and it made me rock hard, I mean rock hard!! they work the same way as if you have erection problems you get hard but when you get turned for the next 4-8 hours you get hard again. i take them and i get really hard can feel my cock throbbing and its slightly bigger stays rigid longer so can fuck longer and harder

@Guygonebad it's similar to a mosquito bite. a quick sharp stick, then you get to do some sticking of your own!  The only time I have an issue is if I don't watch my injection site (in a hurry or just not paying attention to the angle) and I hit my urethra. I had never heard of Tri-Mix injections until a few years ago. I answered an ad on Craigslist from an Air Force guy living out by the Nellis AFB here in Las Vegas. I use Tri Mix as well.  Giving myself the injunction does not bother me at all and little to no pain at all.  I ended up getting it from an online pharmaceutical.  It was easy, went online, filled out some paperwork, Dr.  called and it was mailed to me.
