Technically one does not need to take a load if they engage in raw sex. Said load could be shot on the ass, the face, in the mouth and sadly yes even the ground. But a there's a good chance said top could get so in to pounding said ass they might forget to pull out in time.

If you fuck bare but you don't want the load make sure you convey that to the top before you start otherwise he may not be happy, if he agrees - great, but he may still (accidentally or not) still cum inside you and if you're afraid of catching something  you can get that before they cum so it's not all that much safer than taking the load.  Pulling out in porn indicates the top actually came but it's not particularly satisfying for anyone.   If they cum inside it's possible they are faking  it.   Personally I love when they pull out, shoot on the hole and then push it all back in as they continue to climax - win win for everyone!
