Trouble wearing plugs long term

Does anyone else have this problem:

I can't wear any type of butt plug for longer than 5-10mins and my hole feels very sore afterwards - like when you use the wrong type of lube that starts to irritate. The soreness wears off but once I wore a plug for 30mins before fisting and really had trouble relaxing and enjoying the fun because of the soreness. This is disappointing because I would love to strap the Ass Servant plug on for hours and have a slack cunt with puffy lips and a big rose ready for double fisting.

All the plugs I have are vinyl, tpe, pvc and silicon, no metal or glass. I'm experienced in fisting and have been shoving things at least 10cm wide inside me for years. Some years ago I learned to avoid a certain brand of PVC toys that instantly caused irritation inside. Now the brand has disappeared from shops (probably renamed) and I haven't had a bad experience since, even though I have new plugs made from pvc.

Hey I always concentrate on getting well used and ffisted with lots of grease fist ........then I know i will want the biggest plug and that then feels perffect ffilling my hole and keeping it well stretched....  As a result i dont get irritation but if i stand up then a buttplug harness is essential to keeping it in place and ensure that gravity doesn't take over 🐷

Try going down in size for the plug and use Boy Butter lube. Put the plug in and lay down try sleeping with a small plug in your hole. Today I sleep with a 2 inch ( 5CM) in my hole.

Boy butter doesn't work for me (irritation) but maybe the key is grease grease grease! A thick layer of Crisco might do the trick. When I have a plug strapped inside, my rectum starts to cramp on its own and push the plug out. It's somewhat an exciting feeling and fun to feel powerless against, with the dildo strap and all. But it sure doesn't feel nice once the cramping turns to burning irritation in the rectal lining. And it really takes a while to "cool down". I can comfortably punch 10cm wide plugs in and out and have taken double punches with a guy with medium sized hands. Another thing that needs its own kind of training.

I have the same problem you described: my rectum cramping and pushing the plug out, UNLESS I'm parTying.  That makes all the difference.  When I'm spun, I experience no irritation, and I'm able to wear a large plug for hours.  I can even wear a plug (with a harness) under my jeans, walking down the street, and it feels incredible !

I wear a couple sizes smaller than my maximum plug. Like everything else, there's training involved. When I first started wearing a plug (with a plug belt to keep it locked in place). I barely lasted five minutes. Now I can go for over 30 minutes. I don't go for much longer than than though.

The only toys I use are medical grade silicon and I use x-lube and Slam Dunk grease. I've kept plugs in for hours and once slept with one in with no issues. 

I think the trick is not going super large and make sure you stay lubricated. Soreness seems to happen if things dry out.

I'll have to get a smaller plug and try that. I love my MareMaker100 and it's getting pretty easy to get in. However I can only keep it in for a few minutes normally, and my best is half an hourish. Lube doesnt seem to be an issue, but the muscles definately start complaining. I wish there were more dildos that were thicker without length, that would be perfect to strap in and work around the house and sleep because I can take 8.5 to 9 in circumference without and real warmup these days.

I used topped toy’ gate keeper. I think they’re amazing. Have you tried them.  I wear them sleeping, out at the pool,  going to bars and on Grindr dates.   Always have a good starting gape no matter where I’m going

I think all the advice here is sound. Don't use the lube that you would for fisting (like jlube or xlube) as it'll dry out. Use boy butter or crisco and use a plug much smaller than what you'd use for training or pleasure and build up slowly. I tried having ny fist sized plug in me all day and only managed like 2 hours max. When I put my smaller big cock sized plug in I could wear it indefinitely.

I would add that I've had success mixing Crisco w/ X-Lube for long-term use.

As for the plug, train, train, train. You've got to put something in your ass every day. And for plug training I'll use a smaller plug and sit on it for about 20-30 minutes. It's the sitting your entire body weight on it that forces your rectum to accommodate it.

Then I'll progress to a stretching routine and I'll either start with a Topped Toys Grip, or their new Post:

• 10 reps up and down, rest 30 seconds
• 20 reps up and down, rest 30 seconds
• 40 reps up and down, rest 1 minute

Then, with the same plug:

• 10 reps all the way down, all the way out
• 20 reps all the way down, all the way out
• 30 reps all the way down, all the way out

At this point I'm either feeling pretty good and I stand up and walk around with, or you could go to sleep, or whatever. If my hole is now crazy hungry, I size up and walk around.

It's all about working this muscle like you would any other at the gym. And you have to be consistent and not overly ambitious with the size. I find it easy to size up after about 2 weeks of steady training this way, and if I take a break it 's time to start all over.

@PupBoiRapeSlut do it - you won't regret it. Topped Toys has some real high quality stuff. If you can hold off until Black Friday usually everything is 20% off.

As a word of caution - I'm fairly good at training my hole, but something about the Mare Maker gives me trouble going in, even after downsizing. The thing with Topped Toys sizing, which makes the journey simultaneously frustrating and ffun, is that they use unique shapes so if you're used to traditional cone-shaped plugs it doesn't always fit your hole 1:1. Obviously YMMV.

I'm realizing now writing this that I should probably head to Fist Fest and let the boys properly size  me to get an expert fitting.

The Maremaker's oblong shape lets it get in even if your pelvic width has been reached with a more traditional round shape. But I think it's that same oblong shape that puts pressure down and stretches in a way that a hole might not be used to. Plus, with how it has a gentler flare after the stem makes it harder to keep inside.
