It can be an internal hemorrhoid, but most likely an STD. Get checked out. I had a lot of discomfort for a long time and it got to the point where I went to the ER thinking I had a tear from getting fucked by a guy with a huge dick. It turned out to be Gonorrhea and I probably had it a long time, antibiotics cleared it up.

Very unlikely to be an STD if it's shown up just overnight... but the only way to be 100% sure is to go get a full STD screening.
