hntnhole Posted October 15, 2022 Report Posted October 15, 2022 Good Lord ..... I didn't realize all the issues and problems and on and on regarding our "back door". Maybe I'll just get the whole asshole removed - lock, stock and barrel - and be done with it !!! One of those doctors can figure out how to install some phoney doo-dad so I can still - well - nevermind ....... 1
Guest Posted October 15, 2022 Report Posted October 15, 2022 oh , everyone of us can touch his prostate by fingering his pussy , preferable well lubed ; if pussy decontracted you put one or two fingers and you will feel your prostate ; sure : train yourselves
horndoggy Posted October 15, 2022 Report Posted October 15, 2022 Every time I have a physical, though it’s been a few years thanks to the pandemic. My original GP was gay - I started seeing him in ‘86 - then he joined a large gay health practice, and retired 10 years ago with a young, twinky-sporty-otter guy taking over his patients. Whenever my original GP would ask me to turn on my side and curl up my legs, I used to joke that I usually got dinner and some dancing first.

Many things can effect that number including ejaculating within 24 hours of the blood draw. My numbers have gone as high as 7.5. My Doctor turned me over to a Urologist, also gay, who had me get an MRI. Turns out, not surprising, that I have BPH. For those of you that have it, you know what a frustrating thing peeing is, and not in a good way. You either can’t pee easily, or you have to pee immediatel and often. I take medicine that helps reduce the prostate to help pee, but there have been issues. My father had prostate cancer, so I am at high risk. Please get your prostate checked often! The older you get, the longer you will have a high PSA after ejaculation. Alcohol consumption, some common statin drugs, and NSAIDs can alter your PSA levels as well. 1
onlyraw Posted October 16, 2022 Report Posted October 16, 2022 Had a friend who (being a big bottom) was having an exam with a new dr - who, when it came time to for the prostate exam said “now this is going to hurt” and my friend said “no it won’t” I go to a gay health center, my first dr was really hot - so my prostate exams were always worrisome - even though he was very clinical and it was quick- damn it did feel good - fortunately I never “embarrassed” myself my last was by a female NP at the urologist’s office- I did not have the same problem - but going in for a biopsy this week
lower_bucks_bottom Posted October 16, 2022 Report Posted October 16, 2022 I get it done whenever I have a yearly physical. My biggest issue is that Dr's will use a whole tube of lube and then just give a quick wipe with a towel and expect that to clean up the mess they just made. If you make a mess you should clean it! I always wait at least 5 days before getting a PSA test. If I do it comes out a normal, 2.5. If I don't it is elevated and my Urologist panics and wants additional tests. I am of the opinion that PSA tests do more harm then good, but Urologists love it. 1

DarkroomTaker Posted October 16, 2022 Report Posted October 16, 2022 Yes, but I had previously had mine checked with blood tests. Anyway, I had to go for another test at the hospital for other checks. Now this Australian doctor told me what he had to do. He asked if I required a nurse chaparone, I asked if he needed one, he said No. I said ok then its fine. He had me on my side, knees up to chest, inserted Lube, fingered me deep, moved his finger round in my hole for ages, asked if I was ok, yes I said, about 4 minutes later withdrew. He immediantly went to the desk and typed something. Said it was fine, smiled I left, only dawned on me later, he never washed his hands and was not wearing gloves.
ricohio Posted October 17, 2022 Report Posted October 17, 2022 The last prostrate exam I had indicated a problem and I spent the next 4 months having other test done. At the end of all the testing it was confirmed that I had prostrate cancer. Because of the results I was given the option of surgery or radiation. I chose radiation. So far test have shown that it is working, but it will take 3 years before I will know if the treatments completely worked. The worst side effect is what it did to my sex life! 1
ErosWired Posted October 17, 2022 Report Posted October 17, 2022 There is currently some controversy concerning whether digital rectal examination (DRE) fir prostate screening should be performed, and the American Association of Family Physicians has taken a stance against it. If you haven’t tried it, you may want to. Good luck. 1
Guest Posted October 23, 2022 Report Posted October 23, 2022 My doctor has big thick sausage fingers, it always hurts when he's fingering my hole checking my prostate. I'm a total top, but I bet bottoms would like it.
TaKinGDeePanal Posted October 23, 2022 Report Posted October 23, 2022 They used to do that here in Australia when you had your medical pre-enlistment exam. No more, sadly, though.
downtownswallow Posted October 26, 2022 Report Posted October 26, 2022 Annually via blood work and the doctor's good 'ol finger.
