Keep in mind, you should always discuss this with your doctor, but have you been on any other HIV medications? It's uncommon, but if memory serves correctly, Biktarvy does have a few cases of phototoxic reactions.

HIV itself can cause photosensitivity in approximately 5% of all patients, and can be made worse with drugs such as NSAIDS, sulfonamides, or even pyridoxine (Vitamin B6). 

I would definitely check with your PCP or ID doctor and make sure it isn't a more severe underlying condition.
