I wear them around my ankle. They may jiggle a bit when I'm cruising the corridors and maze but not so much when my legs are spread wide apart pushed against a wall, a glory hole, while I'm on all fours or on my back. Wearing them around my ankle also doesn't get in the way and jiggle when I top. I dont notice the sound being the furthest part of my body from my ears.
