@rawfuckr - I am very sad to hear about your diagnosis regarding Hep C. If is is any consolation to you, in recent years there have been great advances in the treatment of Hep C. No longer are there weekly visit to an Infectious Disease Specialist, I underwent a 12 week cycle in 2019 of Mavyret and the follow up blood work showed it had done it's job and I was no longer in danger. Don't beat yourself up about this, you don't have to be a drug user, but you and I are both a case in point in which you can get something just as bad as HIV from bb sex. Every six months my doctor checks to make sure the Hep C has not returned, and I am confident that with the right medical guidance you can overcome this as well. My doctor did screen me to make sure I had no illegal drugs in my system. Once my lab results came back clean, the 12 week cycle of Mavyret was approved. I am blessed that I have an insurance plan that covered the cost - I looked at the retail cost and for the 12 weeks (I had an advanced case) it was $36,000. If your case is not as advanced, you may be fortunate enough to just have to take the medication for 8 weeks. I can tell you I had no side effects from the medication, it was easy to take and the 12 weeks went by quickly. I have to agree, the geo locators can be problematic. I've received messages while having someone over my house, telling me they knew a particular guy was with me, and could they join? Well, it's happened more than once, so I've learned to turn that off on my phone and log off the site. Has anyone been told by their pharmacist that the medication "Flomax" or it's generic version "tamsulosin" may cause their HIV med PREZCOBIX to be less effective? When I was first written a script for Flomax, and fortunately I do not have prostate cancer, the pharmacist called me and said "Oh by the way, there is research that indicates Flomax may reduce the effectiveness of Prezcobix". I do have a viral load now. I was wondering if anyone knows of a particular article or where I could find this information. I posted on this subject earlier, but I see my HIV specialist in about two weeks. His snotty nurse called to tell me I had to get new labs run because I now had a viral load and they wanted to make sure that I was taking the medication, or I could be dropped as a patient for being non-compliant. My previous doctor never made such threats, back in those days I had a viral load of over 2 million and he just dealt with my reluctance to take my meds. I would just like to go to the doctor's visit with some information in hand, I appreciated the pharmacist giving me that information, but the printed paperwork I received regarding Flomax did not specifically mention a possible negative impact on Prezcobix... Any information, or where to find it, would be greatly appreciated. I just want to have some documentation so I can defend myself when I see the doctor and that nurse of his.

There are doctors that will always stress the importance of taking your medication. I had a provider tell me, years ago, that if I didn't do what he told me regarding meds, he would drop me as a patient. He said I was an insurance liability and he could be sued, which I found to be either a "stretch" on his part or an outright lie. There can be so many other factors as to why your numbers go up and down from office visit to office visit. They are not always due to missed dosages. I know viral load is, viral load. But stress can cause t-cell numbers to vary, and I would think a doctor judging you each time would make you a nervous wreck. Unless you are locked into seeing just that provider, you might want to look elsewhere and find a different infectious disease specialist. You don't need that aggravation every time you go in for a follow-up visit.

I don't think I would risk offending an individual for fear not only of insulting him, but for fear he would never come back again to play. I would try Nastykinkpigs first as almost everyone barebacks, and are party friendly. It is an alternative to BBRT. So I ask, why have an area in the profile section that allows you to express your views on "enhancements" and then ban you for it, or what you post in the description area. Why not just tell them that the content is not allowed and give them the ability to correct the narrative and allow them to remain.
