I have been to Maspalomas, I flew from JFK and changed planes in Barcelona. I was in my 20s and totally alone. Now Maspalomas had beautiful beaches, some top less, some totally nude. My air/hotel package included a breakfast buffet and dinner. What I found lacking was the night life. I ended up meeting a Lybian shop owner with a huge piece of meat who would continue to come to my hotel night after night, so I had my fair share of dick. Here is my question - is Grand Canaria the same as Maspalomas, the area with the beautiful sand dunes you walked across that eventually led to the beach? I would like someone to state what "old" exactly is? I do get somewhat "upset" when threads involving age pop up. I ask this because I run across guys from say 25 to 35 on a routine basis, and I hear "You look great for your age" or "Man I bet any guy would want to hook up with you". Well, not really. I had a very open and honest conversation with my doctor regarding this subject. He told me, in his opinion, he had no concerns with blindfolds, slings, sound depravation, live streaming, pic taking. What he did have an issue with is restraints, especially if you are alone and have no one to look out for you. We had issues in my geographical area with this kind of activity, and I am not saying that getting gang banged at a sex club, in a sling, is a bad thing. I haven't paid in a long time, I will on occasion if I am going to travel and may want to meet as many guys as possible in a short period of time. Sure I use Malwarebytes for my MacBook Air and my VPN is set for New York City, actually downtown Manhattan. I purchased it awhile back and it wasn't until this week that when the VPN is turned on, I can't sign in. Again I found it so strange I can sign directly in if I turn the VPN off. I think the owner is trying to keep a number of former members off the site, so maybe he feels this is just a way to keep a large number of banned Apple computer users off BBRT. Funny, if I happen to go on Nastykinkpigs and forget the VPN is turned on, I get hit up by so many New Yorkers. I guess they don't bother to read the profile that clearly states I live in Florida. Considering it was Barebackrt.com, and no other site that was blocking me, I figured it had something to do with the owner. Now I haven't had any problems or issues with the owner, I have been on there for years and I haven't complained or done anything to piss him off. I do know, however, that lately he has been banning a number of long time members for various issues. I have tried not to "rock the boat". I figured it was not directed at me, but was a way for him to keep those out that he previously had issues with. When I turn the VPN off, I can sign on with no issues. The whole thing struck me as odd, I had become comfortable with using the VPN, now I will just turn it off when I want to go onto BBRT. That added layer of privacy, if there is such a thing anymore, made me feel somewhat better considering I have been hacked, and had devices ruined. Needless to say I don't want to relive that again. I noticed Brazil mentioned in this thread. Now, I have been three times and I had some interesting encounters with this whole situation. The first, which really pissed me off, is I stayed at a 5 star resort during the Christmas/NewYear's Eve period. In the room next to me were four young men from NY who were Jewish, wore black long sleeve pants and dress shirts in that God awful heat. Then New Year's Eve came around, and my hotel faced the ocean and you could see the people dancing in the streets and celebrating. I also heard, and noticed, that the chairs and table from my patio had been moved. It turns out that these fine young NY men had four female guests, all wearing skirts pulled up to their, you know, area. Earlier in the week I had invited a woman up for a drink to my room along with my bf at the time. Security grabbed me in the lobby (in their three piece suits - they didn't look like "rent-a-cops"), and told me I could have drinks with her, but only in the hotel lobby. So imagine my surprise to find the four young woman next door, having cocktails, and wearing little or next to nothing. I called the front desk immediately and reported the removal of my patio furniture. So I inquired as to why my fellow guests could have "visitors", and I could not. The man from the front desk politely told me if I wanted any kind of "companionship" it needed to be requested through the front desk, and they used certain "services" where the employees provided had been "screened" and were safe to have in my room. So in other words, if I wanted an escort for the evening (or hour I suppose) it had to go through the front desk of the Rio Palace Hotel. I was pissed not to be told of this rule. Secondly, the summer Olympics were in Rio in 2016. All you saw were billboards asking sex workers to get tested for STDs as the city was about to have many foreigners and they would be quite busy during that time period. It seemed to me the Brazilian government, or Rio's local officials, turned a blind eye to the whole subject. Either way, if you wanted sex and were willing to pay for it, it was available. So Brazilian posters, what do you say about my experiences ? Hoping to get some input from other BZ members. For the last week or so, I have been signing in and out of my BBRT profile. One interesting point, if I turn on my VPN (and I have Malwarebytes for my McBook Air) I get an error message which reads "The owners of this website has banned the autonomous system number (ASN) your IP address in a (9009) from accessing this website. Now if I turn the VPN off, I have no problem logging in. Does anyone have an idea as to what is going on here? I would think if the owner had an issue with me he would have just banned me completely, especially from my home IP address which I have had for several years. I am NOT good with computers, or these kinds of issues, so if anyone can shed some light on what might be going on, or what may happen in the near future, I would appreciate it. For the record, I have had no issue with the owner, no communication from him that I had done something wrong. I live in Florida which may be part of the issue. But why let me in any old way, but not with a VPN??? Anyone know????

Well, I wish that has been my experience 100 per cent of the time. I happened to meet a guy off of the site Doublelist, who was dressed in a suit which was odd considering this is Florida. Fellow over achievers who had "helicopter parents" who watched our every move. Taking AP courses during the summer for extra credit and any other route to get away from my Catholic parents without them watching me was a treat. I always tried to take advantage of those rare situations. I'm incredibly afraid to leave where I am at. I watch the news and see tornadoes and floods and I think, "do I really want to move there?" Now, remember I do live in Florida, and I dodged Ian last year as well as other tropical and Cat 1 and 2 storms for years. Everyone tells me it is just a matter of time. The numbers will work against me, kind of like playing card games at a casino. But where do I go? I am clueless, and not embarrassed to say that. I have limited financial resources, I can survive month to month and be just fine, and afford one vacation a year. But other than that, there is not much sitting in a bank account for an emergency. I have maybe three months worth of bills and rent saved in the bank. I have been told that is common with many Americans. I have been here for sooooooo many years, I have NO sense of direction (thank God for GPS) and I have had some friends make recommendations. South Carolina, North Carolina to name two. But will my doctors be as good, will the specialists be as good, will I make new friends? I am always willing to talk to BZ members about what my life is like in little, boring Saint Petersburg, FL, and I have the stats on that. I am afraid if I leave I could never afford to come back. So for now, I stay put. Despite Gov. DeSantis - I really am clueless as to where I can go on the amount of money I get each month and have in the bank. It's easy for me to recommend places where friends have moved to, because I get positive feedback. But I don't know the financial particulars (nor would I want to) to ask "is that affordable for me"? I think about leaving every day, and as I grow older I keep thinking I need to just stay where I am.
