I voted groups. But in all honesty I rarely have had a group session with many men (and I don't count bathhouses here). Many meaning four or more. I haven't been to a BH for quite some time simply because there are none close to where I live now. But I have been to many in the past when I lived somewhere else. Standard entrance fee is €19.50 including a free drink ($ 21.70), €14.50 ($16.12) when you're under 26 yo. For many men that is no longer a "Oh, I'll hop in and see what's going on" price. Many would turn to a hookup site instead for quick sex foregoing the BH experience and save the cash. BHs could try to organize special nights like Bear Night, Naked Only night etc. and thus try to attract a bigger crowd. But that only works in bigger cities where there is a big enough diversity of gay men. But you can also not have too many of those theme nights as some would be put off by the theme and decide not to go that night even though they are horny as fuck. A reduced entrance fee ("50% off in April" or "unlimited drinks during March") could work to attract additional guys (and hope they are turned on enough to return when prices go up again), but they are likely to make a loss during those special offers which needs to be recovered in "regular" months. So I think it's not easy running a BH at reasonable attractive prices and still make a profit. I do hope they stay though and somehow make it work. I would love to go again some time, even though I am older now and less likely to be the center of lust ;-)

I don't really know "how to". It just happens. Most tops seem to not really last longer than half an hour max, if not less.
