You cannot paint all stealthing situations with the same brush and some stealthers don't qualify as sociopaths. In my opinion, which I've expressed here before, anonymous stealthing at a bathhouse or in a darkroom is totally OK. These places are high-risk places and a bottom has to be very naive to believe the HIV status from some random horny guy who wants to breed him in one of these places. It's just common sense.
