"Str8 goes bb" is one I return to a lot. If anyone is interested, I have a ton of gloryhole86 vids that I ripped off xtube when they were still there.

Last July, I topped two different cum sluts bb. Both had multiple loads in them when I fucked them. About two weeks later, I felt like I had an std (itching, discomfort, etc.). I tested negative for everything but had a swollen prostate. My doctor believed I may have contracted bacterial prostatitis from the unprotected sex. Apparently bacteria that are healthy in the anus can go up the urethra and start growing in your bladder or prostate, where they don't belong. I went on several rounds of anti-biotics and ultimately never had any resolution. I now have chronic prostatitis that has affected my sex life significantly due to discomfort with erections and ejaculation. I've been to a specialist, and they say there isn't much I can do except manage symptoms. I'm now taking Flomax (tamsulosin) for about four months so far, to keep my prostate from being permanently damaged, which has its own set of side effects, and I do physical therapy daily. Unfortunately, nothing has changed much. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar, or am I just incredibly unlucky. Does anyone have suggestions for alternative treatments that work?

This goes to pornhub not xtube. Having said that, I'm pretty sure the bottom is u-fuck-me from xtube. He's got a lot of good ones. -
I'm going to agree with wood on this one. There would be no difference between PrEP sex and PrEP free sex other than mentally. The idea of it being "so intense" is completely psychological and likely had more to do with the poz partner wanting either the dominance of infecting someone, or the co-dependence of not being the only poz person in the relationship. I know I would probably get flamed for saying this, but I don't believe there is any excuse for infecting someone in a day and age where the combination of PrEP and anti-viral regimen for poz men can reduce the risk to nearly 0. HIV is not diabetes, and the health care costs are still ridiculously high - you may have great insurance, but you can believe everyone else deals with a higher premium.
-
No, not really, if PrEP is 99% effective, then you have the same 1% chance every poz load that you take, no matter how many you take. However, if someone is taking lots of loads and "pushing the envelope" as he stated, it's likely that other things were happening, such as torn rectal tissue, fatigue, drug or alcohol use, etc. all of which can decrease your body's defenses. In addition, the type of party he went to likely had several poz tops who either aren't on meds or whose viral load has not yet been reduced, making them more infectious that the typical poz on meds. Number of partners/number of loads only slightly slightly increases your risk in that 1% 100 times is more risky than 1% 2 times if you calculate out the odds.

Any Prep Users Feedback Since Going On The Meds?
discreetmpls replied to Pitt1988's topic in PrEP Discussion
I have been on PrEP since September, and the biggest change for me is that I will fuck HIV+ bottoms now. Before, even if they were undetectable, I had some hang-ups and couldn't get an erection. The other thing I have noticed is that I have much more frank and open conversations about status, meds, risk factors than I ever did before. In the past it seemed like there wasn't much point because everyone claimed to have a recent test and you had no way to know if they were lying or even if the test was accurate if they'd been bb'ing since. Now it's easy to confirm they are on PrEP, HIV+ people rarely lie about their viral load, and even if someone is shady my risk is minimal other than STDs. As far as side effects I have had none that were noticeable enough to attribute to TRUVADA. -
This is a smart tactic. I am very glad that PrEP has made men who have sex with men start to be much more open and communicative about their health status and risk factors. I can say for myself that since going on PrEP I have much more frank conversations with potential partners than I ever did when it was a lot of smoke and mirrors and even a recent test was meaningless.

Option 2 seems a bit silly, to be honest, given that you have to take 2 pills before you think you might have sex, and then 1 per day until 48 hours after sex. If you are like me, you'd end up taking 5-6 pills a week anyway, and you're at greater risk (even if still low) than if you just take it daily. If you are on daily PrEP, it becomes part of your routine, and unplanned sex doesn't have to be a concern. I could see option 2 making more sense only in situations where you are primarily monogamous with a partner, and have a few vacations a year where you have 3-ways or open activity. There's no reason for someone who is sexually active with multiple partners to go option 2, imo.

Can You Be A Bareback Slut And Still Be A Christian
discreetmpls replied to Scottyrim's topic in General Discussion
There is a probably a distinction to be made between the concept of Christianity, which is a belief that God had a half-human child who was offered as a sacrifice so everyone else could be forgiven, and the practice of certain Christian sects who focus on a slavish devotion to a literal reading of a book written by men with agendas. One is a belief/faith, the other is a laundry list of rules. Within the broader scope, I'm sure there is plenty of room for all types of Christians. Within the narrow "fundamental" sects, not so much. -
Can You Be A Bareback Slut And Still Be A Christian
discreetmpls replied to Scottyrim's topic in General Discussion
Christians are supposed to honor the teachings of Jesus, who had very little to say about sex and wouldn't have understood "barebacking" as there was little in the way of "safe sex" in those times. The views of sex held by different religions are typically meant to increase the population of that religion (hence no contraception) and to control women (by denying them pleasurable or frequent sex). If you believe that God loves us, then it would be silly to think he'd make sex the single most pleasurable thing we can do, and then tell us not to do it. That isn't love. Now God might want you to respect your body and make good decisions about your health, but being a bb cumdump doesn't mean you are devaluing your body or your health, it really depends on why you do it and how you feel about yourself before, during, after. -
The top is Mark Sergeant. Those scenes were very hot, and wish they would do more like that. The performer "Glenn" on ChaosMen also does internals where you can see his dick spasming like crazy (very hot!), but he always starts outside the hole and then puts it in.

If the top is actually cumming, it will be obvious from his face, his body, and his sounds. Yes, there are probably tops out there who can shoot a huge load without a single muscle spasming, jerking, or facial twitch, but I'm guessing those guys would not be in porn. I don't need to see the load beyond what might drip or leak out, and it completely removes me from the fantasy when a top pulls out to shoot, because it's so unrealistic.

I agree here. I have a gay doctor who is very nice and understanding, but I don't tell him quite everything. I feel like the little white lies are fine, provided you aren't covering up health conditions. For example, I say that I have a few regular partners but we are all open and they may be having sex with others. That isn't quite the same as, I've had four partners in the last three days and god only knows who else they've been with or what their status is. It's not a total lie to make it sound less slutty than it is, I'm still having multiple partners who have other partners, that's the part that matters for my doctor. Yes, it would be nice to be totally honest, but I can accept that I feel a bit of shame still over being sexually promiscuous, and I don't need to dread the doctor as some kind of post-catholic confessional.

See if your doctor has the Gilead co-pay cards. It was as simple as calling an 800 number and giving some basic information, then giving the card number to my pharmacist. No paperwork, no waiting, and they will pay up to $200/month of whatever copay you are responsible for. Basically the paperwork is done by the doctor's office and they get a stack of them to give out.
