Yes, working out always makes me horny. The only way for me to avoid the needed release is to wear myself completely out before I stop, and even if I do that the need will still be there after I have recovered. -
I haven't asked yet. The big problem is neither of the current vaccines have been widely tested in humans. If I had a good understanding of what the potential risks are, I might make the choice to take it and let them study it. I will be stunned if 6 months from now we aren't talking about deaths and lingering problems from monkeypox. If they don't even test the ACAM2000 vaccine, we won't know which risk is higher.

I've been thinking about this too. From what I've been able to find out, there are some additional risks with this vaccine. On the flip side I would be perfectly willing to explore the idea of taking it with my regular doctor before rejecting it completely.

I just checked my county health department website again, vaccines are still limited to those with close exposure to a confirmed case.

It sounds like you have already figured out you can't maintain an exclusive relationship with him, unless he discovers at least some interest in sex. I think you need to admit this to him and try to have a discussion about where this can go. I know I could not stay in a sexless exclusive relationship.

@ErosWired I admit to being pretty oblivious to the BSDM scene and fetishes in general. Hawks did try hosting Fetish Fridays, getting groups to come in and have a fun night and give workshops on their particular fetish. Many of the groups that participated were in my opinion variations on the dom/sub theme. The one thing they didn't do on those nights was actually fuck each other or any one else at the club. I never asked, but I have always suspected the reason they stopped hosting those events was they couldn't get anyone that wasn't a part of the host group to pay admission (and I think they offered discount admission to members of the group) for what the sluttier regulars quickly started calling No Fuck Fridays. It's not just a sex thing, but they are legendary for being passive agressive here. -
It's looking like those of that don't live in a hotbox of confirmed cases are going to get the vaccination any time soon. I am noticing at least a few parties getting canceled around the country. Which as much as I hate it, I consider a good thing for the moment.

I think in a lot of cases the cock blockers are the guys that want and need the attention that comes from the chase. Even here on BZ there are threads and replies that say they love the chase, but really don't care as much about the actual sex act itself. The cock blockers in most cases are guys that either never connect and complete the act or only do so as a last resort to keep the other cruisers attention. I know it quite often feels like they get off on preventing the rest of us from actually connecting and completing the act, but I can at least hope that isn't their actual intent. The other problem is that on the rare occasions they do actually connect and try to complete the act, is that they are so inhibited that don't learn how great the act feels, which only reinforces their emphasis on the chase.

As someone who engaged almost exclusively in casual sex, I almost never hear sub and dom used. Bottom and top seem to be the terms used. At least here. In a casual sex content, a sub is not going to get fucked. You have to be a lot more aggressive to get someone to fuck you than you do to find a bottom to fuck, which makes the sub-bottom concept pretty untenable at least for casual sex. I would go so far as to say unless you are an aggressive power bottom you will get completely ignored at the local sex clubs. -
I think there is a very good chance they aren't sexually involved with each other. I have a close friend, who is now married with a young family, we have been extremely close since high school almost 40 years ago. We have been roommates several times in the past and did almost everything together when we were but have lived more than a 1000 miles apart for almost 25 years, we always remain in close contact with each other, attended all of each other's major life events, and both of us have hopped on a flight to support each other in times of need. There has never even been a suggestion of a sexual relationship between us, the best description I can come up with is he is a non-biological brother. I'm even certain that if one of us missed one of the others life events our biological families would be calling to find out why we weren't there. I suspect the 2 doctors have a similar relationship, it has absolutely nothing to do with their sexuality. Since I'm bi, I would not discount the possibility that one or both of them is as well.

Given where you live in the PNW, I'm more inclined to say just petty. They likely don't actually want to have sex with anyone, so they aren't desperate in the sexual sense. Not exactly a cock blocker, but can be a time waster. Guys who do have sex but only occasionally, but like to go out cruising every day. Several years ago I had a fairly extreme example, there was a versatile guy, my type and a great fuck that I hooked up with at an adult theater. He was there every time I was there for months on end, but most of the time he only jacked off. I don't think I have any strong preferences racial preferences when it comes to men I have sex with. If anything I may have a slight bias towards black men, but not just black tops. I'm sort of wondering the same thing. I have a "pimple" on my right temple that looked like C and progressed to D in the diagram above. I too am old enough to have been vaccinated for smallpox as an infant. I was at orgies in LA and Palm Springs 3 and a half weeks ago so I definitely had opportunity, the "pimple" appeared about 10 days after I got home and I haven't had any other symptoms. Luckily if it was monkeypox I stopped hooking up several days before it showed up, so I feel confident I didn't infect anyone if it was. My county just reported it's 1st case. I have been told vaccines are being limited to just those with known exposure, so I can't get it. There are 22 cases across the river in the larger county, but it sounds vaccines are still being severely limited there as well. I did notice on Friday that 3 of the local Twitter accounts that are primarily into cuddling were claiming they had contracted it, I'm suspecting they probably picked it up at one of their nonsex events that they post about.

There are gay sex clubs that host bi nights, as well as cities that have fairly active swinger communities. The percentage of the straight community that is involved is lower but it is still a potential disease vector. I'm still of the opinion that monkeypox will find it's way into the schools before the end of the year.
