My point is that a few days ago you were a few pumps away from taking a poz load in your hole. The I Will Try To Use Condoms strategy isn't working for you very well as it seems to be highly dependent on the kindness and self-control of strangers. I was suggesting PrEP because it will help keep your options open a little longer (potentially a lot longer) regarding HIV. Most other things you might pick up can be treated. Also, I am not judging you at all. If I had been where you were a few days ago, I most likely would have taken that load. -

You sound like an excellent candidate for PrEP; there is a whole sub-forum about it under HIV/AIDS & Sexual Health if you need more info. That's your best bet to avoid HIV, and if you can do that, then you can be a BB slut and have a family, too. Actually, poz guys can have all those things you want as well; the state of the art for treating HIV has really progressed. -

My husband orders viagra from a website. He has to get a prescription from his doctor though. The pharmacy is in Canada, but the pills get shipped from India. So far we have had no problems. -
One point I think you need to hear, Smithy, is this. The test is not what will give you HIV. The test will only tell you what is already true. Putting off the test doesn't make you any less (or any more) infected; it just leaves you ignorant of your status. The WORST CASE scenario is not, as you seem to believe, finding out that you have HIV; it is that you are HIV+ and delaying the possibility of treatment by not getting tested.

The place where PrEP beats condoms is this - If you only use condoms some of the times, they offer almost no protection over the long run. You can miss 2-3 doses of PrEP meds in a week and still have protection. In any case, there is no reason to go through all of this here. There is a whole sub forum on PrEP where all of this has been discussed and where links to all of the documentation are posted. I am a little surprised the moderators haven't moved this thread yet.
