    One point I think you need to hear, Smithy, is this. The test is not what will give you HIV. The test will only tell you what is already true. Putting off the test doesn't make you any less (or any more) infected; it just leaves you ignorant of your status. The WORST CASE scenario is not, as you seem to believe, finding out that you have HIV; it is that you are HIV+ and delaying the possibility of treatment by not getting tested.

    The place where PrEP beats condoms is this - If you only use condoms some of the times, they offer almost no protection over the long run. You can miss 2-3 doses of PrEP meds in a week and still have protection. In any case, there is no reason to go through all of this here. There is a whole sub forum on PrEP where all of this has been discussed and where links to all of the documentation are posted. I am a little surprised the moderators haven't moved this thread yet.

    I would say it's kind of both. Taking two different poz (if undetectable) loads increases your chances of contracting HIV from one of them. But if they are both undetectable, the chances are so small that the intensifying effect of doing both won't amount to much in the end. Basic probability - if you are doing something that has a small risk, then doing it twice almost but not quite doubles your risk. If the probability of infection from each guy was 1/1000 = .001 (just for example), then having sex with both of them increases your risk to .001999 But the chances of being infected by an undetectable guy are MUCH lower than those numbers. You may be only raising your chances from 1 in a million to almost 2 in a million. It's kind of like buying a second lottery ticket. Technically, it increases your chances of winning the jackpot but not by much.

    Please do get it taken care of. I most likely picked up syphilis this spring at a Bear Run in Dallas. Being a bottom, the initial infection chancre must have been internal. I didn't notice anything until I developed a rash this summer. Unfortunately, it started the week after I had spent an entire Saturday pulling vines and clearing brush in our yard, so I thought it was a reaction to some plant I was allergic to for the first week.     If you don't know someone who you want to involve, here's how to lock yourself out of an account. Open a simple word processing program. Even Notepad in Windows will work. Type a random series of characters. Highlight and copy the string. Close the program without saving. Go to the Settings page here. Go to edit email and passwords. Paste the random string you copied into the blank for your new password. Paste it again into the new password confirmation. Delete your email or change enough characters to make in useless. Save those changes and now log out. You won't know the random password, and there will be no email to retrieve it. Then as long as you don't come back, you may as well have never been here.

    Right, PEP only makes sense if you messed up one time and don't plan to go back for more. My advice is to just keep taking cum in your hole. I don't regret my decision to do it. I bet you won't either. Note: PEP and PrEP are different things. PEP is taken for a month after exposure to keep a possible infection from taking hold.     There is no way to give you a definitive answer. It depends on his HIV status, your health at the moment, how rough the fuck was, and lots of other things. And in any case, you shouldn't rely on strangers on the Internet to keep You healthy. If you cannot accept any risk, then get yourself to an emergency treatment facility. If this only happened a day ago, there is still time to take PEP (post exposure prophylaxis). That said, what a hot experience! I would be jerking off to it, too. Are you going to go back or more?

    The rapid test should be accurate, but it can't tell you anything more than you were negative a couple of monthsv ago. If you were recently infected, you might not test positive. That said, you're a top, so you ran a lot less risk of infection.
