i second that. there are a few drugs that can affect hearing, but that is generally unilateral and the most common of them is the IV antibiotic vancomycin. Definitely see a doctor and get it looked it.

HRT with test is fine. Your test levels peak around 20 and begin a long slow decline towards age 70 with a slightly steeper drop in the late 40's. I have found it to be a combination of location and event. So, I have planned my travel to places that already have large sex opportunity and then an event just ratchets that up.
