  1. The post was a response to Tanbottom who has had a prostate biopsy and found that his enlarged prostate was non-cancerous. The study in question was published in a peer-reviewed journal and the abstract can be viewed on PubMed. I did not recommend the mushroom alone as a cancer treatment. It would be one element as part of a larger protocol. Yet, if it could have such a major beneficial effect on shrinking a tumor on the prostate, I wondered if it could shrink the prostate itself. I offered good news to Tanbottom and others like myself who are searching for non-surgical options for enlarged prostates that are not cancerous. If someone is not facing a life threatening illness, it is not necessary to pay for a doctor’s consultation to use botanicals to learn if they are of benefit. In my case, my enlarged prostate disappeared.
  2. I take testosterone so my doctor tests my prostate every few months. Two years ago, my PSA creeped up to the low 3’s. I could not walk home from the gym, a 45-minute trip, without having to stop and pee. I am a self-trained herbalist and wondered if any botanicals shrank enlarged prostates. I searched libraries and examined hundreds of books until I found a one sentence reference to a study titled “Dramatic remission of hormone refractory prostate cancer achieved with extract of the mushroom, Phellinus linteus,” written by a doctor of Urology at Gunma University in Japan. The mushroom is commonly known as Meshima or black Hoof Mushroom. The doctor found that the mushroom powder took care of the cancer better than any pharmaceutical medication. The mushroom is non-toxic and extremely low risk to consume. I decided to order two pounds from mushroomharvest.com. these guys grow in clean conditions indoors, harvest, steam, dry, and then ground their own mushrooms into a powder that they sell directly. I took a teaspoon and a half each day until I consumed the first one-pound bag. Then I took a heaping teaspoon of nettle root powder a day until I consumed the one-pound bag. I then took a teaspoon and a half from the second one-pound bag until it was all consumed. At the end of this, my PSA level had dropped to 1.8. the break in the middle is to break any adaptive reaction the body has for the mushroom, preventing further prostate shrinkage. I started this in 2020. In the fall of 2023, my PSA had inched up to 2.3 and I started taking Phellinus linteus powder again. I put the powder into a glass of water or a jar, and stir and shake it. I then drink the whole thing quickly. This is a superstar medicine and I encourage men to give it a try before the prostate grows so large surgery is necessary.
  3. I faced this issue a few months ago. I wanted a doctor who was not only gay friendly but supported PrEP and the health of gay men. I also wanted a doctor affiliated with a major teaching hospital and health system in my area rather than a solo practitioner. I performed a simple Google search for gay doctors with the name of the teaching hospital and health system. Up came a list of out and openly LGBT staff. Of this list, only three were in clinical practice in internal medicine or general practice doctors. I compared this list to a list of PrEP friendly doctors from a local HIV service agency. I found a couple that matched and chose one doctor that I will be seeing the first time on Thursday. He only accepts patients who have LGBT health needs. As I said I was a PrEP user, I was accepted. He graduated medical school with honors and patients consider him extremely thorough and dedicated. Finding a doctor who not only embraces PrEP but Doxycycline as a preventative HIV treatment requires a little research, even though I am in a big metro area.
  4. Welcome to the club brother. I had gonorrhea last year. I had symptoms, but men often have no symptoms. I usually get a comprehensive STD screen every three months. If I have been part of a big play event, I go to a free STD testing center and get a comprehensive STD screen. I make Shure I go to one that has throat and anal swabs, because these can catch STD’s missed in a blood test. No judgements and no hassles. I am a sexually active gay male who enjoys recreational sex.
  5. Shaved. I love rimming and generously licking my bottom’s hole so I want it smooth and hairless.
  6. Studies show about one out of five men, or 20 percent, have side effects when they start taking Truvada as PrEP. The side effects go away in a few weeks. When I started taking it, I had headaches, fatigue, and nausea for three to five hours after swallowing the pill. I have ridden through this rough patch and take it daily with no issues. Some men break the pill into pieces and take just a piece until their body is sensitized and work themselves up to a full pill. Someone must take the entire pill to be protected. If your friend powers through, the discomfort will be well worth the benefit.
  7. I completely shave my pole, crack and sack. I keep the bush above my dick untouched. I like being frictionless when being fucked or when sliding in dildos or plugs. Bottoms want to lick and suck shaved balls and I like frictionless masturbation. Also, when I am nude, other men get a full view of my genitals.
  8. I am on PrEP and never use condoms. I like raw natural sex. If you go on PrEP, you will be protected, as studies show PrEP is more effective in preventing HIV than condoms. That being said, I have a full STD screening every three months for my PrEP checkup. If I have unusual symptoms, I go to the gay health center in Chicago where I am treated for my STD. Between the quarterly and systematic testing, I find and get treated for whatever I catch. It is part of the lifestyle of being a sexually active gay male. I accept this situation and do not get stressed over going in for STD diagnosis and treatment. No need to carry around shame. Just have a plan to address and identify hidden infections.
  9. First, have a big, full and bushy beard that is soft and oiled. Nothing oozes manliness than sizeable mass and a full beard that extends down the neck. Flannel shirts look hot. Wear untucked shirts to accentuate your belly. I like big men in tactical pants. They have a lot of leg room and the expandable waistband enables men to drop them easily or allow my arm to go in behind, go between the cheeks, and slide my lubed finger up his ass without taking off his pants. Also, go commando so I have full access to the hole.
  10. Cigarette smoking is a definite deal breaker. I feel physically ill not from just the smoke, but also the breath and the odor. I like cannabis smoke though. I love the smell and the odor a lot.
  11. I never use condoms with anyone. I enjoy natural gay sex. Here in Chicago, nearly all the men are either HIV positive or on PrEP. They all fuck raw. If I did not have a no condom policy, I would rarely fuck.
  12. I haven’t decided yet if the convenience of not needing to remember to take a pill every day is worth the hassle of going to a clinic every two months to drop my pants for an injection in my ass. Currently, I only need to see a doctor twice a year for PrEP. That’s for HIV and kidney testing. I go to a free STD clinic every three months for all STD tests.
  13. Welcome to BZ. Fuck benches are fun! Unlike a bed, the bottom can spread his cheeks wide with his feet on the floor. Contact the Damien Center in Indianapolis. It serves poz men along with those who need PrEP and STD testing. You should be tested every three months. It will include blood tests, a urine test, and a cotton tipped wooden stick up your ass to check for diseases in your rectal tissues. Ask them about other health care providers knowing about your visits or PrEP prescription. Where I am, it is rare for men to be willing to use a condom. They are either on PrEP or HIV positive.
  14. I am a powerlifter. I seek out tops taller with a lot more mass than me. When I am fucked raw and their seed is deposited inside me, I feel their masculine energy and strength being absorbed into my body. I carry this seed into my training and meets to lift more.
  15. Injectable PrEP that lasts six months and implantable PrEP that lasts for a year are currently under study. I would definitely go to a clinic to drop my pants twice a year or pull off my shirt once a year for an implant in my upper arm. It would be far reliable than trying to remember to take a PrEP pill a day.
  16. This is a variation of humiliation play, such as a sub walking handcuffed in public or with a visible collar locked around his neck. Men have also been cuffed and in a thong in public. Similarly, I have seen men accept the humiliation of being whipped across their bare back in front of friends after displeasing their dom. Sometimes the men have already been exposed, such as famous porn models and really out men. A fisting buddy is a personal trainer. He has uploaded many nude videos of himself taking large dildos way up his ass and fists to X-Tube. When I asked him if he was concerned about being recognized, he replied “I will never run for public office and my clients are gay men.”
  17. Here in Chicago sexually active dudes are on PrEP or HIV positive. Of course, they all BB. This past summer, a study was published about an HIV drug that could be implanted into a guy’s arm and act as PrEP for a year. I could foresee boys and young men receiving these implants and getting a recharge each year for life. Not concerned about HIV, they no longer feel the need for condoms while fucking.
  18. Try Chase Berry tea or powder. In medieval Europe, older monks would give Chase Berry tea to young men who became monks to suppress their sexual desires and serve god.
  19. I’m 5’7 and love to fuck big men. The best position for the biggest guys is to go face down with a pillow or clothes under the pelvic area so the ass is slightly up. The big bottom should be on the corner of the bed with both feet touching the floor and spread wide apart on either side of the edge. It is a great position for mounting or finger insertion. If you want to see your top fucking you, use a mirror.
  20. The skinhead look requires maintenance. It requires shaving off any remaining hair with shaving cream and a razor. I have a friend who uses an electric trimmer and he always has stubble on his head. The only other place I like to see adult men have hair shaved is in the pubic area. I want men to keep their bush but shave their pole, sack and crack. I want to fuck dudes frictionless. Otherwise, I like seeing beards, armpit and chest hair. Shaving it all off shows the male is acting like a boy and not a man ready to be aggressively fucked and to take the responsibility to be a submissive bottom.
  21. Confidence and likeability are key. At one event, I helped a slim dude fuck a 300 pound bear standing. I pressed against the bear so he remained in one place while the slim dude pounded his ass until he cummed. The slim dude wanted an ass to fuck and the bear was happy to accommodate. The bottom had prepared by stretching his hole and shot lube up his rectum so any top could enter easily. Be flexible and be prepared for almost anything.
  22. This reminds me of traveling before the Internet and staying with friends of gay friends. The assumption was that the visitor was willing to get fucked or suck off the buddy’s dick. Often, I shared a bed with my host. We both slept naked, as I do now. It was fairly common for the host to wake up earlier and put my legs on his shoulders, lube up my anus, and start fucking me. I woke up as my hole was stretching and he was sliding his dick up my ass. It felt so good.
  23. Bareback with HIV positive men on treatment. Undetectable viral loads cannot transmit HIV. Also, men on PrEP cannot transmit HIV either. Start hanging out with POZ guys and fuck with those taking meds who have undetectable viral loads. I am on PrEP fortunately. I do not and will not use condoms. A regular buddy of mine is a total submissive. He is willing to be fucked raw because I am on PrEP. I have shown him my bottle of Truvada. He doesn’t want the hassle of a testing schedule and I have a better health plan than him, which is why he is not taking PrEP himself. So between dudes on PrEP and undetectable POZ guys, you have choices. Verification is the issue as a lot of tops just wants to breed.
  24. Congratulations on your transition. I like to fuck a smooth ass and I also shave my crack. There’s no friction in sliding in and out of my buddy’s hole, particularly since I also shave my dick and balls. Eating out his ass is also nice shaved. I don’t feel a lesser man for shaving my butt. It is a lot less messy. Gay anal sex demonstrates my masculinity to me.
  25. Gay men are at a much higher risk of STDs when they bareback. Just accept this fact. I have and enjoy raw gay anal sex. As a sexually active gay male on PrEP, you should have a full STD screen every three months, including having your throat and rectum swabbed. This will find some of the STDs that have no symptoms. I view STDs like sports injuries. I am a competitive powerlifter. I routinely get muscle sprains every few months. I visit a chiropractor and get the issue resolved. Sprains and tears in muscles and supportive tissues will happen when men lift regularly for a long enough period of time. A permanent disability is quite possible. I like what powerlifting has done for my body and so do my sexual partners. I will never give it up and accept the risks. I also accept that if I have bareback sex chances are high I will experience an STD with many partners. Like competitive sports, the option is in enjoying life or sitting on the couch and staying home. I am prepared to live with my choices.
