Switched to Dovato — experiencing some GI effects

Thanks @757pozzybear as I am contemplating switching from Biktarvy to Dovato myself. I think I need my next labs, and potentially the ones following before I can decide. Typically GI symptoms clear up within the first couple of weeks, sometimes days. Adding fiber, and maybe something like Activia for a couple of days will help too. -
Most overstate the risk. HIV is not an easy transmission.

@nanana It was interesting to consider context in your nicely written reply to a post four years ago. While there is still a whole lot of white privilege in our society, that isn't the only privilege - and we are way different than 20 years ago, and 20 years before that, and 20 years prior to that. Disappointing some days that we seem to have this 3 steps forward, 2.99 steps back (and sometimes 4 steps back).

But to bring things back to Democrat or Republican. I guess it depends upon how we meet... If the first thing we do I focus on political opinion; I suspect sex will just never happen. If I am along a hiking trail though; or in the rare times I get to baths in the city 3 hours away; it is the look in his eyes, the horns evident as we observe each other that matters; and I can't imagine that I care to give any purity test before sex. Maybe some "safety" discussion although even then; it depends.

Yes indeed! For me its more the man fucking me, or who I am fucking (or whatever sexual delights we provide each other). Fretting one specific feature seems to detract from other wonderful features.

True, but few of us have the opportunity to have random sex every day all year long. The doctor is trying to meet two opposing goals. The main one, reduce casual antibiotic use as that least to expanding drug resistance. The newer one, would occasional use of doxycycline for a couple of days when we've had sex with a stranger. If that is happening more than four times a year, then just test in some reasonable proportion to your play.

I presume no one is taking "doxy-PEP" daily. That would make no sense. Part of what we "sign up for" as barebackers though is that stuff is going to show up and we probably will treat for comfort. I was intending on not taking ARVs; and right now am thinking about how and when I'll get off that damned stuff.

And there is a forum structure here on BreedingZone for a reason. You likely won't find a lot of hot conversation under LGBT Politics (although there are a fair number of guys writing there that have a standing invitation to my home dungeon whenever they are in Wisconsin). There are excellent Sex and/or drug talk in forums whose name pretty much says that. But Justyn, I would happily ride your thick dick; and you are another with a standing Wisconsin invitation.
