    Wellllllllll ....... the question was what happened the first time ..... there were years worth of "next-time's" .... employees got in free any time, so parking was the only real issue. That tiny little parking lot across the street was mostly filled up with employee's cars. Only years later did I get a key to the "private" parking lot on the N side of the building. I think I still have it, too.

    Oddly, no. I had just been hired at Mans Country to do charts, play box, make/alter arrangements, whatever needed doing for musical acts hired in for a weekend. The first time I went there, Manhattan Transfer was due to arrive that evening, and one of the performers couldn't make it. So I spent my first time at a tubs doing charts !!!
