I think its affecting all of us 😅How could it not be?

One would think it wouldn't affect their sex life given the opportunity to work remotely from home, as I am, but alas, it has 😠

I also had a vacation to Prague for early May that I have already chucked out the money for both a ticket and airbnb, but now it looks like im going to have to postpone that until this whole mess clears up.

Even here in our rural state, all restaurants, bars, etc. have now been closed except for delivery service. Now we can get our COVID-19 delivered straight to our door as one infected person coughs in the face of the pizza guy, infects him, and then he goes from door to door handing out boxes he’s touched and breathing on people. And if any of you guys have a fantasy about fucking the pizza guy - maybe put that off for a bit.

At the grocery today, in the toilet tissue aisle, sure enough: not a single roll remained. But - there were still full shelves of kleenex boxes untouched. Think it through.

It is a lot safer that way.

Trust me, you will see in the next couple of weeks what will happen in France, Spain and UK.

Toronto is on the verge of a shutdown.

I am stopping altogether. How can I do anything but that? Even if I was to ignore the risk to myself, so many of my partners past and present fall in at least one high-risk group that it would be unconscionable for me to put them--and theirs--at risk.

I don't have access to clubs, bars or bathhouses so don't go there anyway. Usually it's 1-on-1 sex with the occasional tag team thrown in with fuck buddies.

You and your sex partner should take responsibility. If you feel under the weather, cough or sneeze a lot, don't have sex.

Not having the possibility to work from home I do have to go out to get to work (by train) and I need to go out to shop for groceries. So I could get infected that way. Let alone meeting colleagues at work. Apart from that I don't go out of the house very much at the moment.

I have a lot less sex but it hasn't stopped altogether. If a fuckbud isn't showing any symptoms he's still welcome to plow my hole. Doggy has always been (and will be) my favorite position anyway 😉 Not many takers recently but still a few who need to dump a load to keep my horny hole happy.

As the situation is changing I also changed my mind. Actually everything is closed, we must work from home, everybody is  isolated. There is a well-known Hungarian origin scientist who lives in Boston. He is an expert on social networks and networks in general. I believe him. And he said that COVID-19 is not avoidable and that disease will spread much more better. But we can make it slow down and then the health-care system maybe won’t collapse like in Italy. The Hungarian system is infamously catastrophic so we must be responsible. Therefore I stay home, work from home, go out in only necessary cases and to walk alone, avoid any personal contact. At this time I cannot imagine how I bear weeks without sex, but I must. Not because of me. Because of the people. My friends, colleagues, neighbours.

When you underrate the pandemic, mind in Italy. Talk to Italians. I’m afraid you in US or UK are closer to that situation than you think now. But 2-3 weeks ago nobody thought that Hungary would be closed.

Stay safe, watch porn, wank more 😉

Hasn’t really taken a hit. Woke up this morning in a bed that wasn’t mine and surrounded with a ton of sex toy, lube, and my ass feeling all kinds of sore, so... yeah. My sex life hasn’t been affected by this corona virus too much.

Edit: I should clarify that my ass was sore from the amount of sex I had last night with the owner of the house and bed that I woke up in that isn’t my own.

I’m surprised by how many people seem to be taking measures to try to avoid it altogether:  it seems now that it can’t be contained, so isn’t it inevitable that MOST of us are going to get it at some point in the next year?  We can’t all stay in lockdown forever, either on an individual basis, or a societal one.  At some point we’re all going to have to put our heads back over the parapet, and guess what?  The virus will still be there waiting for us.

Of course, I understand the argument about slowing down its spread, so that healthcare systems won’t be overburdened by a spike in caseload- but perhaps the most responsible course of action if you are young(ish) and healthy is to 1) accept that you will get it at some point, 2) try to spread it to as few people as possible when you do get it, 3) once you’re over it help those who are most vulnerable.

Yes, before anyone jumps down my throat, I do accept that even young healthy people carry some small risk of developing complications, but all life involves risk, as any cyclist in London will tell you.  If enough of us catch it, clear it and develop some degree of immunity to it, then perhaps collectively we can become a barrier to future transmission- and that might be the best way to protect our elderly and vulnerable.

And from a purely selfish point of view, maybe it’s better to get it over with early  in the epidemic, while there is still capacity in the hospital system should any complications arise...

I think you're right about young people becoming a barrier to transmission. And you're right. Behavioural fatigue is inevitable--this can't last long. I think the government should ask for young volunteers to be infected, and pay for them to stay quarantined at monitored facilities. We should work toward getting as many young people immune as possible over the course of the next few months-so that they're no longer a threat to the elderly and we can start to build heard immunity. Then people wouldn't be so afraid and business could pick up again.

Yes, in a positive and negative way. Last week I was hooking up as much as I could with anyone who wanted to fuck me. This week I'm off work and isolated to three or four guys who I feel good about being with and not worrying about Coronavirus.

But it's positive because all 5 of us are in the same boat and I can have my ass satisfied whenever I want to. When this all calms down I can start my slut stroll again.

I was supposed to start PrEP yesterday, but I have a killer cold, and there is no way I’m going to risk passing it on to immunosuppressed people, since I have to pick up my pills at the HIV outpatient pharmacy in our local hospital.

Of course I picked up the cold (or whatever it is) getting a blood test at the hospital lab 10 days ago.
