Not to beat a dead horse.... but... 

1) You can't make everyone happy all the time.  Some guys want internal.  Some guys want to see the money shot.  Fine.  A porn usually has more than one scene (and often more than one top in a scene).  Have some guys pull out, some guys shoot in.  A perfect solution?  No.  But at least more customers (if not all) get more of what they want).
