I have had a viral load of over 5 million (most never seen by a living patient) and I Had KS in th early 2000's. The problem with getting gono or syhphilis multiple times is you can become resistant to the medications available. Syphilis is at epidemic rates in the area I live in and my doctor has warned me that I might become resistant to medication if I keep getting infected over and over. The problem with syphilis is that it is so easily transmissible and you don't have to even cum or have someone cum inside you. Just skin on skin contact can do it.

I was really thrilled to hear AHS decided to use NYC as it's backdrop and the time era is really interesting. Fire Island looks accessible to everyone (not just the rich, like today), and bathhouses were an accepted form of socializing and sex. Of course the time frame is sad, the advent of AIDS. It just seems like a "simpler" time period, when actually it was the "lull before the storm" as they say. This was a tough one to decide on, but I voted for the bath house and these factors went into my reasoning. With bathhouses, especially if you are a "newbie" from out of town, allow you the ability (usually for eight hours if you get a room) to look around and get a feel for the place The patrons are usually comfortable with the environment and patrons (sometimes too comfortable) which is why I will only go if I am out of town. You have the opportunity to make sure everyone there has a good look at you, and with an open door, everyone knows where you are located. Timing is crucial. You can do the "late after noon, right after work crowd) which allows you the opportunity to hook up with guys who may work evenings, or may just be getting off of a 9-5 job. So that has its advantages. At slower times I have had the opportunity to fuck with some of the staff (at least in Fort Lauderdale) and that only seemed to happened during the earlier shifts. If you go in the late evening or "post bar" time, there are a lot of "posers" looking for the best possible candidate to blow their load.
