    and social media polarization doesn't help. Commercial social media are built with this philosophy in mind: the more you interact, the more you get visible. And what creates more interactions? Love? No, hate speech. So, the paradox is you have no sex material consultation freedom, but hatred is openly permitted.

    I agree at this, having VPN to try resolving the issue in short term. But the problem is huge, it's not pornography or breeding zone itself. The importance is to speak louder, to protest about privacy implications and about the real risk of isolating sex related materials. It won't protect minors, it creates the, oh damn how to call it? If the mountain doesn't come to you, you go to the mountain... If before the risk was of minors eventually finding porn, now those dispotic/dystopic folks wants to make life more difficult to porn producers and communities. With the illusion of having built a wall to protect kids. But kids aren't protected, because, first of all they're not educated. Sex AND DIGITAL education. And they aren't because adults themselves aren't. Then? Given that minors have their presumed "safe space" of kid-oriented contents? It's well done! The offender just walks in, pretending to be a parent, and like "smartschoolboy9" did, they can even become the one trying to educate other parents, creating trust. And then... Then they're screwed. All of us must participate into pro-privacy movements, I talk about Electronic Frontier Foundation because it's the one I know and often join, but even movements related to free software. ... Always staying with the guard up, because I fear that american current administration could think of declaring those organizations as terrorists. As a long experience geek, I am optimistic and think that just death has no solution, when we talk about computers. But how long will we last? The most dirty-handed geeks are all about 45-50 years old. The enthusiastic 15-20-30 years old folks are more passive than us, less curious, they accept what tech offers in immediate surface. But they seem afraid to go in deep.

    VPN cannot be a solution for this. Not permanent at least, it's temporary. Yes if we can we use it, but it means, go out of the window when the door is locked - when we all should do our best to fight that lock. Sorry, I'm in a hurry now, but if you follow EFF (Electronic Frontier Foundation) there are many, many good articles on the subject.

    Problem is that this topic (privacy-violating minor protection) is not treated with the attention it deserves. Content creators, forum, communities and social networks... This kind of regulation won't defend minors from predators. They'll bring predators in places where minors are (it already happens). I'm hearing a lot of protest against Meta and X's moderation rules changes, many folks exiting from there; but no one seems worried (in the mass, at least) about verification age because it would mean publicly admitting to view porn - no matter if, in the end, those dystopic rules will affect everything, not just porn. They even would judge an HIV prevention related association, as an "adult-only" site, leaving 14, 15, 16 years old vulnerable teens alone. And all of this is because no one wants responsibility on education, any longer. They want, hope, that politicians decide in their place. I have even seen a person continuously "playing" with their smartphone while I was explaining the importance of digital education publicly. Were them a teacher, a cop, a parent, who knows? But it was the "pot calling kettle black" effect. I'm expecting more and more obscure scenarios, at least regarding freedom to talk about sex in appropriate Internet places. And an increase of sex offenders and romance scams, in traditional platforms which are no longer moderated. - One of my stories plot becoming real... And we cannot even discussing it in the usual politics diatribe "right or left" because we have dozens of politicians thinking that way, in any direction and color.

    Never heard her before, I confess - I was a small kid when she started hating LGBT people. What do I think? Death is the biggest democracy in this world, it picks everyone up when it's time! And when it knocks to my door? Let me hope it doesn't find me at home! Seriously, I'm generally against hate speech, so, if there's any after-death soul's life, I just hope she reunites with my biological father - they should be same age as well. I just hope that they both take the chance to reflect on their hatred-filled souls. I have too many good things to live for, rather than expressing my resentment or "celebrating" someone's death. She'll not be missed, that's certain; but then? I just let her go, and want to focus on present and future! The world is experiencing a global crisis (and Trump is just one element) so I do my best, giving my 2 cents at work and in life, to improve what we have now, from the progressive side. Of course we need to reunite ourselves again, as older generation was in 1970-80s (damn AIDS who ruined everything and made ultra-conservatives laugh). We should overcome internal divisions, see Alice Weidel, the leader of far-right German movement, who's a 45-years-old lesbian woman, partnered to a lady from Sri Lanka and 2 adopted kids. And her party's philosophy would like to see homosexuals dead... We MUST stop polarizing and look around each other, to understand what's wrong, and take steps. Any steps. Do I say "more oxygen in this world after Bryant's departure"? YES; would I celebrate with a bottle of wine? NO, because sooner or later someone will celebrate my departure and -at least- whenever I go, I want my conscience to be clean. I even helped my biological dad when he had to die, to bring him to a hospice to leave this world peacefully, so... Unfortunately sometimes bad examples appear, they're the ones who teach us how NOT to become.

    I admit it: if it weren't for a guy who encouraged me (his handle here is anone), I doubt I'd have published my story's last chapters. I was so unsure, and even changed something in the process deleting the sad ending of humans dying and viruses only becoming world's living beings.
